Langleys Port Campbell Hobby Farm (free Wifi and Breakfast)

A relaxing haven Langleys is a lifestyle property only 5 minutes drive to the beach, shops and restaurants of Port Campbell. Surrounded by working farmland, Langleys Studio offers a spacious, bright, clean studio, with queen bed, ensuite, kitchenette, lounge and wifi. It’s an ideal place to get away from the crowds and relax after exploring the attractions of the Great Ocean Rd including the Twelve Apostles.

Enjoy country life from your own private studio with east facing deck overlooking the surrounding farmland and animals. Spot the chickens and ducks as they free range throughout the day.

Ensuite with spacious shower plus hairdryer, towels and complimentary toiletries.

USB charging points are located by the queen size bed.

The kitchenette has a fridge, microwave, kettle and toaster. Tea, instant coffee, and milk provided. Basic continental breakfast also provided (cereal, toast, juice).

We live in the main house with our young daughter. The studio is next to but separate from the main house and is yours exclusively during your stay. Langleys is a working lifestyle property and you will see us out gardening and tending to the animals. As we go about our daily activities around the property we will stop and say hello if you are out and about also. We respect your privacy once you have retired to the guesthouse.

Langleys is close to all the local attractions. The world famous Twelve Apostles are 15 minutes away. Also nearby are Gibson Steps, Loch Ard Gorge, London Bridge, The Grotto and Bay of Martyrs. Locals and visitors enjoy the seaside town of Port Campbell including the sheltered beach, fishing from the pier, the coastal walks, shops and restaurants. 5 minutes away is the coastal town of Peterborough with riverside swimming and coastal golf course. A 15 minute drive takes you to Timboon with cafes, shops, the Timboon Distillery, Timboon Ice Creamery and strawberry farm. Join the locals on Saturday mornings for the Timboon Parkrun on the Rail Trail. Drive the 12 Apostles Gourmet Food Trail and sample locally made cheese, whisky, beer, ice cream, chocolate, strawberries and fudge. The larger centre of Warrnambool is 45 min away where whales often swim within a hundred metres of shore between June and September.

Public transport is very limited in Port Campbell. As we are a 5 minute drive from Port Campbell a car is required for access to Langleys and to fully experience the attractions of the surrounding area.
