Ideal for large groups, renting out the entire house for group accommodation can save you money.
On the canal, and beside the walking bridge to Surfers Paradise, this property has excellent views of the water and Surfers Paradise skyline.
All bedrooms have a queen bed, with the exception of bedroom 7 which has 4 x single beds.

Dissatisfied

Arrived at house with no cleaning done and last quests mess. Told that cleaners could come in but would be 5 or 6pm when cleaned and ready. Told we could have the stay longer but not within our time needs requirements. One toilet not working, broken glass left outside, had to get own towels out of dryer, owner turned up in flash boat and walked through the house with no notice. cleaners turned up an hour after contacting, we had to stay away for those hours despite paying from 2pm. Beautiful home and great location but not organised or considerate of the cost or inconvenience. Very disappointing and no offer of refund just to give extra time that we did not have.

Review

The house was huge and had enough space for 15 of us to comfortably stay! The location was excellent with a beautiful view of the river. The house had not been cleaned very well since the previous stay however over all this was a wonderful stay and we were very happy!
