Short weekend stay

Property was as described. Plenty of space for the two families. Had everything we needed. There did seem to be an issue with cockroaches which was not a great start.

Great House but A Couple of Tweaks would make a big difference

25 Holden Place really does give you a home away from home experience. A lovely lived in house which says come in and plonk down. A suggestion would be that in the "kids" bunk room, perhaps provide a double bed on the bottom of the bunks instead of all singles. We were there for a girls weekend and one of us had to sleep in the single bed which was not really suitable for a 50+ woman. The mattress was hard and you couldn't sit up without banging your head. Even a sofabed would have been preferrable. Also the decking needs major attention. The nails are sticking up and they feel a bit dodgey underfoot. Perhaps a small screen on the right of the deck to stop nosey neighbours as well. There was a lot of staring at us through their front window when we sat outside.

Lovely house

The property is huge, and a short walk to the beach. Well equipped kitchen. We enjoyed our long weekend, and would definitely stay here again.

Absolutely loved the view and space of the house but we found it to be very dirty when arriving.

Next time the trash bin inside the house should be empty and a full clean should've been done before we arrived. Top room still had a empty water bottle left on the tall boy.

Great location - great house

Great property - split downstairs (4 bunks) for kids and upstairs (master with ensuite) was a great start. Kitchen area very usable. Short walk to the beach - and a lovely area to have a holiday. Swimming with dolphins was an added bonus. Quiet street.

We have a wonderful stay! Perfect for kids ans adults Great space There were Lots of cobwebs though ans freezer leaking but otherwise everything was ideal! Perfect location to Kendall’s beach and local shops.

Relaxing mini get away

Loved our stay at Holden Ave. the place itself is spacious. Relaxing with a quiet neighbourhood. Great ocean views. Just a few minutes drive away to the beach. My little 1year old enjoyed the beautiful backyard garden. The kids loved the wifi and Netflix. Overall our stay was short but enjoyable.

beautifull home great ocean views. bit disappointed couldnt use barbie,not very clean on arrival, bit of tlc needed will not go back lots of cleaning and fix ups needed .
