Location! Location! Location ! Located within walking distance to supermarket and restaurants. This is the most fabulous comfortable space facing the canal that you can find in the Cape with breathtaking views. This small suite that is private from the main house has a huge pool. Guests that have stayed at this property have always returned. The neighborhood is quiet and residential. In the evenings you can go for walks and during the day you can relax by the pool with incredible views is very nice and relaxing to spend time looking at the ducks and birds, we also have fishing rods for those that like to fish. If you love fishing you can also fish in this fresh water canal. There is a full functioning kitchen This is the nicest house in this area. Centrally located, this house will make your vacation in the cape a memorable experience. Cameras facing the canal for your safety.

We had a wonderful stay at this cozy apartment. The host very helpful and friendly. The heated pool was perfect with some beautiful tile mermaids in it. It was nice sitting in the lanay over looking the canal. Fist time experience with an outdoor kitchen it was cool. We would stay there again.

Elvira is a great host

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Elvira’s. When we arrived, there was a bottle of wine with two glasses on the table. The apartment was comfortable and super clean. The swimming pool was great, and just to sit on the lanai and watch the birds was a treat. Elvira was extremely friendly and we had many great conversations. We didn’t want to leave!

Property was fantastic. Great view of canal. Large lanai and pool. Relaxing! Great grill to cook out on. Prep area on lanai. No kitchen but fridge,microwave coffee maker kitchen tools. Loved our hostess ,sweetest person ever and did everything possible to make our stay even better. Restaurants not far and wide selection. I I not only found a place for future visits,I found a special person to be my friend. Will definitely be returning!

Very clean. The owner lived onsite and was very accommodating, We didn’t spend a ton of time in the apartment, but it had everything we needed. We would stay again - very nice! She was always willing to help us in anyway, pool area is really nice too!

The property was exactly as we expected, clean, simply furnished, private.

Our stay at this residence was much more than we ever expected. Our hostess made us feel like family. From the complimentary wine, to her offer to do laundry, she was over the top nice. We chatted daily and she offered many helpful tips. We hope to visit again someday.
