We enjoyed our 6-week stay at Anthony’s townhouse. The location is a quiet neighborhood setting, but provides good access to the Las Olas strip. The layout is quite good with two private outdoor spaces. There’s a large common kitchen/living room/dining room, and yet there’s good privacy with the bedrooms on two different floors. Anthony was very responsive and communicative throughout the process. We’d be happy to return and stay again. Recommended.

Great Location!

Really the highlight of this place is the location. Very close to Las Olas Blvd, which made walking there an easy choice. The neighborhood is quiet and felt very safe as well. The house is spacious and adequate. No major issues or deal breakers for our group.

Super location

Great view of downtown at night from rooftop patio. Short walk to river with access to famed water taxi and quick ride to Las Olas, center of activity in Ft. Lauderdale. Great selection of excellent restaurants and shops. Quiet neighborhood. Central location to everything Ft. Lauderdale offers. Very spacious and comfortable condo.

Beautiful, spacious home, located in a perfect area in ft Lauderdale. The home came decked out with everything we needed, and more. I don’t have anything negative to say about my stay. The owner is very accommodating and attentive to your needs. I will definitely recommend this home to any friends and/or family looking to stay in ft Lauderdale.

The house needs a little TLC. We arrived late thurs evening and didn't spend any time at the house our first night other than dropping our bags off. The next morning we noticed there was a large puddle of water coming from the freezer. I notified the owner/property manager immediately. The fridge/freezer did not work our entire stay. The property manager did get us some ice and cooler, but come on........48 hours and you can't repair or replace the fridge?!?!!?!. Additionally, there was no soap or shampoo in any of the bathrooms. No paper towels or dish soap in the kitchen. There were loads of towels left in the dryer when we arrived, and dishes in the dishwasher. The property manager did address the issues I've noted, besides the fridge. It appears the house cleaners just weren't doing their full jobs. Easily addressable issues, so maybe we just caught them on a bad weekend?!?!?!

Very nice home

The house was very clean and neat. The location is great nice it’s very centralized to the beach and nice restaurants in Las Olas Blvd. the owner is very friendly and quick to respond with any questions or needs. I would highly recommend this place to friends and family.

Six men met for a reunion. 3 in beds and 3 on air mattresses worked fine for us. Rooftop provided a great outdoor atmosphere. Spacious common area made moving around comfortable. The pool is small - not for swimming.

Perfect Place to relax

The house had everything we needed. We enjoyed the roof top the most. We loved that there were plenty of lawn chairs for everyone. The table upstairs was also nice to put a speaker on and keep things in the shade. The kitchen and main level were extremely functional. The rooms were also very spacious. This house was wonderful!
