Villa Sanibel 2H is a rare condo with a second-floor vaulted loft for a 3rd sleeping area which allows the unit to comfortably accommodate up to 6 guests. This condo is just gorgeous with shades of sea glass greens & blues. The coastal vibes will relax you the minute you step foot in the door! The fully equipped kitchen will be a pleasure to prepare meals in. With a bonus toaster oven and crockpot included, you will have everything you need. The spacious living room has plenty of seating for all to watch your favorite shows on the smart TV after a long day at the beach (No cable so bring your favorite apps log-in credentials). Enjoy your days or evenings relaxing on the lanai overlooking the heated pool and taking in the Gulf breezes.

There are 2 bedrooms on the main level, the primary with a king bed and en-suite bathroom and a guest room with a queen bed and a bathroom just outside the door. Additional guests can sleep in comfort in bunk beds (Full and Twin) in the loft area accessible by a spiral staircase just off the dining area. Both bedrooms are outfitted with streaming TVs (No cable so bring your favorite apps log-in credentials). Secured Wi-Fi has also been updated for those that must bring some work on vacation.

For your convenience the owner provides beach chairs, an umbrella and beach towels .

Sanibel Holiday's units are equipped with the latest Wi-Fi enabled locks offering easy check in and check out with no need to pick up or return keys. Everyone in the family can have access with one simple and, most importantly, secure code.

Villa Sanibel is a small, 20-unit, quiet complex located on West Gulf Drive with easy access to Sanibel's 25 miles of paved bike trails, just minutes from Ding Darling's Bailey Tract Trail and the always popular Doc Ford's. Complex amenities include gas grills, a community heated pool and a tennis/pickleball court.
