A three bedroom, modern townhouse in the heart of Barwon Heads. With a bright contemporary interior and relaxed, beachy furnishings, Barwon Villa is a perfect home away from home for your next stay in Barwon Heads.

The home sleeps 6 guests with one queen bedroom with modern ensuite and two single bed rooms with another shared modern bathroom which looks onto an internal fern garden. The open plan living area is bright and comfortable, with modern appliances, the perfect space for relaxed dining and entertaining. The back deck is the perfect place to enjoy a happy hour drink or BBQ.

The living area is divided by a double-sided black timber fire place (gas powered) making the home equally as appealing in summer as it is in winter. Just a 500m walk to the Barwon Heads main street shops, a 600m walk to Barwon Heads Golf Course and a 650m walk to the river and beach, leaving your car secure in the single car lock up garage.

Our second stay in our favorite home

We loved walking into the beautiful & extremely clean home with a well stocked kitchen & gorgeous fireplace. Location is perfect for all activities, & we look forward to returning for a third year. .

Family summer holiday

The property was well located, very clean and had all the required facilities to make our two week stay a great one. Annie the host was really helpful. The only suggestion would be to make the back yard area more functional. A large umbrella and some extra chairs would make this area more usable.
