Villa Tanicius is newly built villa, highly equipped and furnished with heated private swimming pool located in a very quiet, natural surrounding. The spacious interiors with modern design fully air-conditioned accommodation for 8 people, and offers 4 en-suite bedrooms,5 bathrooms.
Ground floor offers 1 en-suite bedroom with king size bed 180x200cm (with AC, TV, exit to pool area), sauna room,gym, spacious kitchen with living and dining area with full access the pool area.
There is also a separate toilet with laundry and all needed amenities.
The first floor offers modern and comfortable 3 en-suite bedrooms. Bedroom No.2 with two single beds (90x200), A/C, TV, bathroom with shower,balcony with pool view. Bedroom No.3 with king size bed (180x200), A/C,TV bathroom with shower, balcony with pool view. Bedroom No.4 with king size bed (180x200), A/C, TV bathroom with bathtub, balcony with pool view.
The outdoor offers private pool 37m2 , whirlpool for 4 people, huge and covered lounge corner with outdoor dining area next to the BBQ, a 55" TV, trampoline, 8 sunbeds, sun umbrellas and other pool amenities. There is an outside shower with hot water as well, net to the pool.
Beautiful peaceful environment with great privacy. The open modern concept living space encompasses the kitchen, living room and dining area . Living room, comfortable sofa that is a great place to relax with a Android TV (65") with satellite TV , Netflix and Playstation 4. In case you are not the fan of TV, you can just relax for after dinner conversation. The first floor offers 3 en suite bedrooms,AC,exit to the balcony with the pool and mountain view
In back of the house there is a secured parking space for 4 cars.
There is available 11kW Wallbox charger for EV cars.
Villa is equiped with solar panels to produce its own electricity and to help reduce emission of CO2 in world.
Neighborhood is very quiet,secluded area,ideal for long walks in the woods.It is also the perfect refuge if you simply want to spend your time relaxing in the pool, away from all and listening the birds song!
We will be happy to help our guests, instruct them and recommend them where to go and what to see but at the same time we respect their privacy completely.
Having a car is recommended.
Group of young people not allowed.
In term to avoid youth groups, we reserve the right to refuse such a booking.
