Low maintenance 3 bedroom 2 bath condo in Southwest Decor. Comfortable furniture and great locations of activity within miles. Four miles from Kierland Commons and four miles from Desert Ridge, upcoming and popular walking, shows, music, restaurants, and shopping. Close to Whole Foods, Trader Joes, Harkin Theaters, and many restaurants. Beautifully maintained property. Unit is in the front and has the option of curbside unloading of bags and groceries. Steps from the Club House. Dates can be flexible. Condo requires renters to stay for 90 day minimum.

Great stay!

This was a great place for the two of us and our Boxer. We had everything we needed for our 3 month stay. Great neighbors. Close to shopping. Day adventures, Walked daily around the complex and beyond. Margo was great. Any concerns she took care of right away. I will definitely love to stay again . Thank you Jeff , Karen and of course Kona boy!!!!

Fabulous 3 Months

This is a 3 bedroom unit that is close to EVERYTHING!! Accessible parking right next to unit after grocery shopping and covered stall just around the corner. The owner was so accommodating!!!! Margo is/was awesome to deal with Unfortunately, with the Coronavirus happening, the many Happy Hour locations were closed. The facility has a great pool, hot tub, and grills that are very close. This is the first time we rented from this owner and would do it again!!!

Scottsdale condo

The location is in a perfect spot of north Scottsdale. You are very close to a lot of things but it’s also a quiet and relaxing. Easy access to plenty of restaurants and the highway. Would definitely stay there again.

I am a retired nurse with a passion for real estate. My home base is California, but I love the desert and visit Phoenix frequently and would live in Phoenix myself some day.
I have two grown daughters in Boise Idaho and Salt Lake City so I am on the road a lot in summertime.

Why they chose this property

I was very attracted to this property for the beautiful landscaping and attractive Club House. Only after the purchase did I realize what a perfect location this was in. In attending homeowners meetings I found the homeowners is really active in keeping the property in excellent condition and easy to work with.

What makes this property unique

The split floor plan and shared common room are features I really like. I love being a front unit so I can unload my groceries before going thru the security gate. The sofa and Beauty Rest mattresses are unbelievably comfortable.
