Beautiful and modern 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom apartment in the heart of the medieval neighborhood of Trastevere. The apartment has just been renovated with luxury materials and high tech features giving it a clean and modern touch. The apartment features 1 master bedroom with a queen size bed and an ensuite bathroom with a large raindrop shower, a second bedroom with a queen size bed, a second bathroom with a large raindrop shower, a living room, and a modern, fully equipped kitchen with a beautiful breakfast bar island.
The apartment is located in the famous piazza di San Cosimato in trastevere. Right across the Tiber river is the historical center of Rome with Campo de Fiori, Piazza Navona, the Pantheon, and Piazza Venezia leading to the Colosseum. Instead if you head north, you will be led to the magnificent St. Peter’s Basilica. The location is prime with everything in walking distance including major attractions, local cafes, restaurants, gelaterias, boutiques and much more.

Great family place in Rome
Eduardo and Monica did a fantastic job making sure we had all the right information.
Fantastic modern place, lots of great restaurants, close to public transport and lovely market. Lots of activity close by but the apartment was an oasis of calm in Rome

My husband and I have bought this apartment in 2017. We immediately “fell in love” with it because of its brightness and its position and we imagined it as our ”corner of Paradise” in a few years.
In the meantime, my goal is to offer a comfortable place while feeling at home: essential and simple beauty is my “motto”, someone says even too much... but I really hope you’ll appreciate it while discovering this extraordinary city.
