Great Matua Family Home
Family-friendly home, in a lovely area/community. 5 min walk to Popular Fergusson park & the water, good for walking/biking, boating or kayaking/swimming. 2 min walk to the local dairy & takeaways. Other walks & parks nearby.
Would suit a family. Fully furnished lived in home. Full site fully fenced section. There's plenty of room outside for kids to run around, monkey bars, netball hoop.
The house is a standard, but with character, comfortable 4 brm home. It has good sized living areas, with a semi-enclosed back deck, or sit in the front in the sun to relax, watch the kids, or have a bbq.
Master bedroom, king size bed in here, & big opening doors to the front deck, spa and above ground swimming pool. 1 of the bedrooms, you have to walk through to get to the master bedroom but has a door both sides for some privacy. The other 2 rooms 1 has a double bed the other has a single bed. The walk through room has a single bed (with trundler) which has a weight limit of 75kgs.
There is a pull out sofa bed in the lounge if need be.
Plenty of parking space for boat & cars including garage space for 1 car.
Has an above ground 16ft swimming pool to enjoy, trampoline - has a 100kg weight limit, so please just 2/3 smaller children or 1 larger person at a time on the trampoline.
