Villa Beba Dubrovnik is a three floor waterfront villa, situated in a most elite residential area in Dubrovnik. The history of this villa’s unique location goes back to the days of antiquity and some remnants from that time can still be seen on parts of the property. When it comes to superb locations, few can rival Villa Beba. Boasting unobstructed panoramic views of Old town Dubrovnik and island Lokrum, Villa Beba has been recently renovated in Mediterranean and stylish decor.

The space

With 5 en suite bedrooms and a heated swimming pool, this luxury property is ideal for families or a group of friends.

The villa consists of the ground floor and 2 upper floors. On the ground floor there is a loggia (open living room with direct sea view - 16 square meters), a living room with comfortable dining area with sea view (approx. 45 square meters), a small toilette and the fully equipped kitchen with view on the main terrace, Old Town and Lokrum island (approx. 13 square meters).

On the first floor there are 3 bedrooms. They all offer an en suite bathroom, a beautiful sea view and view on the Old Town and Lokrum island. Two bedrooms are approx. 22,5 square meters large. The third bedroom has 28 square meters, a walk in closet and a sunset terrace of 12 square meters.

The 2 master bedrooms (36 and 40 square meters) are on the second floor and offer a walk in closet, a bath tub and magnificent sea view and Old Town view.

To bring our family history and Dubrovnik's history closer to our guests, there is an interesting hallway on the first floor decorated with old photographs and antique artifacts which we kept in our family for centuries.

Additionally, Villa Beba has three terraces providing signature panoramic views:

The main terrace with swimming pool is 200 square meters large.
The second terrace is 13 square meters large and offers a spectacular view on the Old Town. Here you will find an interesting floor made of sea stones which remained since the villa was built.

The upper terrace has 55 square meters and has a summer kitchen (including a barbecue, refrigerator and ice machine) with a beautiful gloriette and outdoor dining area which is the perfect spot to spend your time in the nice summer nights.

The villa is fully furnished and includes the following amenities to make this your home away from home! (AC throughout the entire house and bedrooms, floor heating, spacious living room with plasma SAT TV, dining area, fully equipped kitchen and all other comforts.)

Other things to note

There is free parking space but it is off site due to local municipality decision that the parking in this area is residence only.

The swimming pool is opened from 15th April to 01 November, depending on the weather.
