Welcome to The Towers at Parkview Bay. 5th floor! Located on convenient 1 mile marker of the Grand Glaize bridge. Experience amazing lakefront views from the living room, master bedroom and kitchen.
The master space offers a king size bed, full private access to the large outdoor patio, large master en suite with shower and jacuzzi tub, and his and hers sinks.
The second bedroom features a queen bed with access to a second bathroom.
The kitchen features a coffee maker, granite countertops and stainless steel appliances including refrigerator/freezer combination, microwave, dishwasher and stove. The kitchen is fully stocked with everything you would need to cook or grill. Living room has a lazy-boy sofa and loveseat and a remote control gas fireplace, wet bar and sliding glass doors to enjoy the outdoor patio and lake views. Linens are provided and a washing machine and dryer are available. Covered parking in one stall is available. Family board games and several card games provided for you to enjoy during your stay. Just bring your food and yourselves and enjoy a lake getaway!
The elevator is steps away and will take you to the heated indoor and heated outdoor pool, sauna, whirlpool and work out room.

*Within minutes of lake faves like: Redhead Lakeside Grill, Backwater Jacks, Dog Days, Wobbly Boots, Shorty Pants, Wicked Willies and Reserve 1932!

*Nearby activities include: Miner Mikes Indoor Family Fun Center, Jetz Trampoline Park, The Malted Monkey (high ropes course), Lake of the Ozarks State Park (hiking, biking, fishing, trails galore), HaHa Tonka State Park (hiking, castle, blue springs), Golf (there are 13 public golf courses!), numerous breweries and wineries, Jolly Mon Indoor Waterpark; Just to name a few!

Well stocked kitchen, we ate in a lot. Really enjoyed coffee & meals on the screened in balcony looking at the lake. We went for bikefest but is was so hot we spent a lot of time in the pool. Very nice place, close to everything.

Valentine day getaway

This visit was the second at this property. It has a great view of the Lake of the Ozark out of the living room and master bedroom. The master bedroom was very spacious as was the kitchen and dining room areas.

Loved our time here!

Very happy with this condo, no complaints. Communication was great, the place was nice and clean, loved the balcony, the pool, the parking, and comfortable beds. We arrived with everything we needed, but the condo was well stocked for those that maybe didn’t. The grounds were kept in nice shape. If I had to pick one thing that could use improvement, I’d say a good power washing of the building. As you lay at the pool area and look up, you really see the black grime on the building. Definitely didn’t make a difference in our good time….we plan to return!

Wonderful Property

My husband and I statyed at this beautiful condo for four days and our stay was lovely. From all the comforts of home to the beautifully decorated interior, this was certainly one of the nicest properties we have stayed at. The screened in porch was delightful and had a pristine view of the lake.. The property includes an outdoor as well as an indoor pool, hot tub and sauna. We will definitely go back for another relaxing getaway. I highly recommend spending some time here, you won't be disappointed!

Our trip to the Ozarks this year was not without a big snow storm overnight. We didn't mind as we had stayed at this property several times. The landscapes were fantastic with the new snow as the blowing snow covered the views with the white stuff. We were nice and cozy warm in our condo. Great unit location near the elevator and beautiful views out of the patio windows.

We celebrated our 52nd anniversary here. Such a beautiful condo with a large screened-in porch and a few steps from the elevator. Reserved parking spot, too. The view from the porch is wonderful - no condos or houses across the lake; just lots of green trees. Easy to get to. The couch & loveseat have recliners for everyone in front of the large flat screen tv. Lots of light and beautifully decorated. Just perfect! Can’t wait to come back!!!!

Easily accessible condo with all you need for R&R'ing overlooking the lake. Love that there is covered parking; 2 pools; screened in HUGE patio w/ BBQ. Beautifully decorated 2 bedroom/2 bath. Supper easy drive to main highway & all the activities the area has to offer. If you go; don't miss Pappos Pizzeria (very busy - no reservations; we ordered take out). For a wonderful breakfast, try "On The Rise Restaurant" - also busy; no reservations; expect to wait, but worth it!!! Would not change a thing!

Short but Sweet

My wife and I enjoyed a short getaway to lake of the ozarks. We stayed two nights in this well-maintained, beautiful as advertised, lakeside property. We utilized the boat slip. It was conveniently located and perfect for our boat We dined in and dined out. The gas grill worked great and there were many eateries nearby on land or by boat. The condo was spacious, well equipped, clean, and the lake view from the huge deck was remarkable. The covered parking was another great feature. Priced fairly, we look forward to our next stay. First the condo is exactly as advertised. Michelle the one who over looks it does a great job. Went there for 4 days to relax not knowing there is excavation going on next door with heavy equipment and dynamite that shook the building our first morning. Contacted owner and sent me the attached letter, and said couldn't do anything about it since it was another lot. She did refund us one day since we left a day early we just couldn't handle the noise. You can't have a conversation on the deck because of the equipment running from 7am till dusk. Was told by another owner at the pool this is a 4 yr project and I can't image what the noise will be when they haul in steel to erect it. We should have been told upfront what was going on..Very disappointing vacation.Also most condos as this one does advertises the Osage Beach Outlet Mall..There are probably 250 store fronts..we counted 5 that haven't actually moved out..it is a ghost town and not an attraction

5 stars !!! The total package….centrally located and well equipped! We just returned home from an incredible week long stay! This property did not disappoint and it is EXACTLY as described. The unit is spacious and includes all the comforts of home. The unit was squeaky clean and very well maintained, as well as, nicely furnished complete with plenty of bed linens and towels (including beach towels). The master bedroom had a lake view with balcony access and an incredibly comfortable bed complete with ceiling fan (slept like a baby!) We appreciated having an in unit washer and dryer as it was incredibly handy. The screened in balcony view is phenomenal as we enjoyed both beautiful sunrises and sunsets! We appreciated having a parking garage with a dedicated parking space. The elevator was speedy quick and never had to wait more than a minute at most. The indoor and outdoor pool were very clean and well maintained. We did not use it but so very nice to have the use of a grill right on your own balcony complete with a high top table and chairs to enjoy dinner outside. We could not have asked for better communication from Sarah (and Michelle) and appreciated knowing that they were only a quick text/email away if needed. 10/10 recommend and absolutely cannot wait to return again soon!

We are a military family and are constantly moving all over the world! We are very excited to have a place to call our own. The lake has always been a favorite vacation spot, with or without kids, and we are happy to have our own slice of heaven that will always be waiting for us!

Why they chose this property

We have lived in the Missouri area a few times and each time we are stationed here we RELAX at the LAKE! We decided to purchase this condo to be able to escape reality quite often. The Towers is a wonderful place with amenities for all seasons.

Review from a renter: “Absolutely fabulous place to stay! Will definitely try to stay here EVERY time we need a getaway to the Ozarks. The amenities/space were perfect for our group of two couples. The views on the porch in the morning overlooking the lake were gorgeous. Our host was extremely responsive and we had absolutely zero issues. Recommend this place!”
