My family and I enjoyed this condo and can’t wait to rerun! The location is just steps away from vail village. The condo is very spacious and has everything you need.
We have been countless times in Vail for winter vacations. This was our first summer experience, and I can tell you we are completely overwhelmed with the beauty of the place. The condo was perfect for us, and the location perfect to start our bike rides every morning. Thank you for a wonderful experience overall!
Great property and nice daily cleaning. Unit lacked good cookware. I’d recommend at least 2 nonstick skillets for cooking.only one skillet made cooking difficult. Also maid service did not replace appropriate number of towels. The laundry in the basement was a downside.
Overall, the unit is very nice and location is great!
Starting with the positives, the location is phenomenal, daily housecleaning was great, the personnel at the Willows (next door) were very helpful and the place was clean. On the negative side, the place needs some attention to detail. As one other review points out, the kitchen is poorly stocked...one fry pan, 3 wine glasses (that didn't even match, just saying...), no cutting board, and poor coffee mugs. The second toilet doesn't flush properly (really annoying), in the same bathroom, someone had broken the sliding door (maybe its on order) so they just hung a shower curtain inside the other shower door. In the second bedroom, the bed is so close to the closet doors that you can only open the door about 10-12 inches...again, really annoying. The hot tub, which isn't too far away, but it's in a different building, and the welcome binder gives you no information on this, so we had to figure it out via the property manager. I sent a question to the owner via the app, but they didn't respond. I think the description should make clear that you have to leave the building and walk up the street to the next building.
The reason for the 4 star and not 5 star is that the listing said there was a washer and a dryer. Unfortunately, the W/D were in the basement and not in the unit. I packed light because I thought it would be easy to do laundry. Other than that, everything was excellent. The daily maid service was nice. The layout of the condo was perfect. The location was an easy walk to Gondola One and all the shops and restaurants.
We rented this condo to attend a wedding in Vail. This condo is walking distance from anything you could possibly need. Property is updated, clean, has all the amenities you could need. Excellent parking as well.
Nice sized common area space which easily accommodated a group of 10.
Biggest complaint is that unit is poorly ventilated & got very stuffy & warm. Really does need air conditioning for the summer months.
We are looking forward to this location again next July- loved the proximity to the village yet private with a great hot tub next door. Cleaning staff was perfect with essentials and we really had everything we needed. The only downside was feeling too hot while sleeping without ac but we made the best of it with the provided fans, open screened patio doors. Left huge fans of Vail in July
I stayed here years ago and remembered how perfect this spot is so close to Vail Village. It is everything I remembered. Cozy beds, location is spectacular. I love this particular top unit.
Wished we could stay longer. The staff are definitely going beyond their jobs. Shelly made our check in, the duration of the stay during the Oktoberfest weekend, the parking, the shuttle to the airport, etc.... so much easy and enjoyable. Thank you so so much.
