Great little apartment close to skiing

Snug 3 bedroom with a nice fireplace and kitchen. The collection of townhouses are well plowed with the snow which is very nice for a skiing starting point.

Snow Getaway

Extended family went for a snow vacation in Canaan Valley. Snow was sadly lacking, but the kids enjoyed the Sledding Hill at BWF SP and skiing at Timberline. I hiked one of the NWR trails (muddy but a nice getaway) and took the middle girl to the NWR HQ and on one of the marsh boardwalks. The house was roomy and comfortable.

It was fine, but we wouldn't stay there again without a wifi upgrade.

It was fine, but we wouldn't stay there again without a wifi upgrade. The property wasn't that special for the inconvenience, and we often have to work while traveling (or at a minimum be accessible) so good and reliable internet access is huge. Becky was kind and very helpful before we arrived. We didn't bother telling her about the wifi issues since that seemed to be more of a property owner issue rather than with the property manager.
