Quintessential Vermont log cabin in the Mad River Valley

Very private location next to its own babbling brook. Minutes to the village of Warren, Warren Falls, loads of cycling and the trailhead for Sunset Ledge. Ten minutes to Sugarbush mountain for winter fun. Easy access to grocery shopping, dining and drinking in neighboring Waitsfield including the famous Lawson's Liquids. Open floor plan affords the ideal setting for cooking together, dining and snuggling in front of the wood burning stove with its massive granite chimney. In warm weather there is a fire pit overlooking the creek illuminated with torchieres. We have WiFi, cable and smart tv. If you love the VT outdoors and love the charm of a log cabin, you have found your place.

Had a great time at this wonderful cabin. The hosts were wonderful, helpful as necessary. The cabin was delightful. There were enough amenities to cook, the place felt clean and checkout was simple, easy-going, and straightforward. Would love to stay there again!

Perfect log cabin

Adorable, cozy very private log cabin about 10min from Sugarloaf. Great fire place, comfortable furniture. Great kitchen with everything you need. It was the perfect place for a long weekend away with our family.

A very warm and cosy cabin with plenty of space to relax, cook and enjoy the surroundings. We loved the wood-burner and the well-stocked kitchen and didn't feel cramped with seven us of staying on a couple of nights

Wonderful Log Cabin

My family loved our visit! Super charming and cozy log cabin was the perfect place to unwind and enjoy the beauty of VT. We usually stay closer to Sugarbush but the short drive was not a big deal. Kids and dog had a blast exploring the nearby woods. Was a great mini vacay.

We had a wonderful stay at this cozy home! It is clean and comfortable, the kitchen is well-equipped, and there was plenty of sleeping space for our family of 5. We loved hanging out in the comfy living room by the woodstove. Access was easy and host super responsive.

Remote Retreat

A wonderful true log cabin. We came to ski Sugarbush. Totally enjoyed the cozy cabin and its well appointed amenities. The host was graciously informative and very responsive to our inquiries. Highly recommend if you're looking for a serene and cozy getaway.

So cozy

We really enjoyed our January long weekend! It’s a great, tucked away location though close to Sugarbush. The whole family enjoyed cooking meals in the large kitchen and snuggling in front of the fire in the evening.

Awesome Cabin Close to Sugarbush

We had an awesome time at this cabin about 10 minutes away from Sugarbush. It's a very modern and well-maintained place that I would highly recommend. The beds are very comfy too. It is in a secluded location, but the roads are very well/frequently plowed. 10/10!

The house is beautiful inside and out. We had all the things we needed and then some (I have been there before were there was no salt and pepper and so on, this is not like this at all). Darci is a great host as well.
