Great for the two of us, but would be excellent for a family or more. Quiet, away from the road with a beautiful view! Great relaxation vacation.

Jason, thank you for the 5-star review of your stay at Meadow Creek, it's such a lovely cabin and that setting is very relaxing!! Definitely come back and stay with us again soon.
The house is excellent and the area surrounding the house is beautiful. An amazing place to enjoy the day from sunrise to sunset. It's quiet and away from the road. Only 20 minutes from Blairsville and Blue Ridge and their restaurants and attractions. We had a great time.

Tom, thank you for the wonderful feedback on my cabin, the Meadow Creek. I agree with everything you said :) The setting out there is so relaxing and quiet yet close enough to either town to eat out or enjoy the activities. Definitely come back and stay with me again.
Overall good - the grass could have been cut. A good base for exploring the area.

Tim, I totally agree, unfortunately it rained the entire week prior to your arrival. The lawn service tried twice to do it while you were there but they were tearing up the meadow. I do hope you enjoyed this lovely cabin, it has so much to offer.
I got to sit back and enjoy the view and weather while my dog enjoyed the acreage.

Juan, so glad you enjoyed your time at the Meadow Creek cabin. It truly is a beautiful setting with all that acreage and the rambling creek at the bottom of the property. I hope you and your furry family come stay with me again.
The cabin and the meadow were pretty nice and located close to Blue Ridge. However, the supplies provided with the property were very meagre and you should be prepared for that going in. You get one toilet roll per bathroom, no coffee, no filters, no condiments, one kitchen trash bag, the kitchen knives were super blunt and hard to use and the can opener didn’t work. Basically a bare cabin. The outdoor grill was heavily used and had layers of old blackened old food on.

Carl, we are so glad you enjoyed the cabin, setting and location, it truly is a beautiful property!
In the directions email that we sent to you 7 days prior to arrival (copied below), we list out exactly what will be left in the cabin upon arrival. We do this so that guests know what to bring, including their own food and condiments. Due to liability, and the fact that some items can spoil, we have found it best to not leave perishable out for our guests. We are very sorry if you were expecting those to be there, and hope it wasn't a huge inconvenience.
We can definitely sharpen the knives and look into the can open. I believe it was just replaced this summer but we can easily get another one out there. Thank you for letting us know there was a problem using them.
This is a small portion of the verbiage that is sent out in the directions email - Please be aware that you are renting a private vacation home which varies from staying in a hotel. For your convenience, upon arrival you will find the cabin supplied with 2 white trash bags, one roll of toilet paper per bathroom, one roll of paper towels, some dishwasher soap, one or two laundry pods, bathroom soap and shampoo packets. These supplies are NOT provided for your entire visit, just a starter amount for your convenience. Therefore, guests are responsible for additional supplies once they are used up. Please be prepared by either bringing your own or adding it to your shopping list .
Happy Holidays ~ Mary
Pictures don't do it justice. The upstairs and downstairs living rooms were perfect for our family! Our children (even the stubborn teen) had an amazing time with all the games, hot tub, and exploring the creek. Drinking my coffee on the porch overlooking the field and the neighboring horse pasture was magical.

Samantha, thank you for the 4 Star review, it sounds like you and your family had an amazing time and loved everything about the Meadow Creek rental cabin in Blue Ridge. We'd love to see you back again and please let us know what was missing and how to earn that extra star.
Have a wonderful day!! Mary
We had a great time and great home that was very clean and comfortable. Neighboring yard was also huge and those owners had many beautiful horses. Only problem for us was that the neighbor’s fence was ample to keep their horses from straying but the gap between the ground and bottom layer of fence was a couple of feet and our dog easily got into their yard. He thought the horses were big dogs and went up behind them (like dogs do) and we were petrified that one of the horses would kick him. Fortunately that didn’t happen, but after that 1st time, we kept our dog on leash in this wonderful back yard. Would have loved for him to be able to run all over this yard.

Jeff, so glad to hear you enjoyed your stay at Meadow Creek, it sounds like you had a great time vacationing there. Being located in an area where everyone has 4 to 8 acres of land, many of the neighbors have horses as well as other wildlife. We don't have HOA rules and there are no leash laws in the area, so we all have to make sure our own furry family members stay on our own property. So sorry this caused a problem for you during your stay.
Jose, so glad you enjoyed your vacation at the Meadow Creek rental cabin in Blue Ridge. Such a wonderful time of year to enjoy the North Georgia Mountains and I hope you come back and stay with us again in the future. Happy New Year!!
Peaceful, relaxing, scenic and convenient location
My wife, two kids and pup stayed for 6 nights and had a great time. The cabin was great for us all to relax and try and get away from our lock down at our house from the pandemic. We really needed a change of scenery and loved staying at Meadowcreek. The horses next door were very enjoyable to watch and hear in the mornings as they were roaming and eating. We spent hours of each day just sitting next to the creek and listening to the sounds of nature. Our pup had room to roam leash-less up until he decided that he wanted to play with the horses. Would recommend this cabin to anyone looking for a place in North Georgia, whether it be having somewhere to stay and never leave or just looking for a good north Georgia location for day trips to local scenery. About 15-20 minutes from downtown Blue Ridge but secluded enough to be away from the hustle.
