With Rye Village right at your doorstep, you can leave the car behind and indulge in excellent dining, shopping, and a wonderful playground located directly on the foreshore.
Kitchen and Living Area:
Bathed in natural light, the open-plan living space features a large wall-mounted TV, making it an ideal spot for family and friends to gather. The well-equipped kitchen includes electric cooking facilities, a coffee machine, and all the essential pots, pans, crockery, and cutlery needed for self-catering.
Bedrooms:
The unit comfortably accommodates up to five guests with two generously sized bedrooms. One bedroom features a queen-sized bed, while the second includes a tri-bunk bed. These bedrooms share a central bathroom and a separate toilet. With reverse cycle air conditioning and heating, you'll enjoy comfort throughout the year.
Outdoor Space:
Enjoy the secure courtyard, complete with a BBQ and outdoor seating, perfect for soaking up the sun and keeping an eye on the kids as they play. Just across the road, you’ll find the family-friendly Rye foreshore and a pier just meters away. The unit also offers remote garage parking for your jet ski and/or cars.

For security and fraud purposes, guests are required to complete a booking form, provide licence ID for guests and confirm payment details prior to check in. These identification details must match the details of the person who made the reservation.
Strictly No parties
This property does not accept hens or bucks’ gatherings. Penalties as per terms and conditions agreement will apply to guests.
This property does not accept schoolies, penalties will apply to guests.
