Both bedrooms and living room (and even bathrooms) have incredible views of the ocean. Only 50 steps to the ocean! Sit and enjoy the sounds and sight of the ocean from the condo. New kitchen appliances, fully stocked kitchen and washer/dryer in the unit. Beach chairs, umbrella and beach toys stored on the patio. Perfect for couples and families. Peaceful, tranquil and stunning! Private and quiet beach, heated pool, walking distance to grocery store, playground, shopping, bars and restaurants.

Vero Beach is our family get away from Lakewood, CO. We have family in town and it is the perfect location for family get-togethers.

The location is ideal being directly on the ocean and within walking distance to all amenities. This condo is especially amazing with the views and sounds from all parts of the condo since it is directly ocean front. And the huge wrap around patio is hard to find and priceless.

What makes this property unique

Watch the sun rise, listen to the waves and feel the breeze inside the patio or while sitting on the outside wrap around balcony. It is paradise!
