'Higher Escape' is a luxurious 2 bedroom/2 bathroom, full-size bed in the upstairs loft and brand new twin over twin bunks. This porch has beautiful 180 degree mountain views from both sides of the cabin. It boasts professionally decorated interiors, a brand new arcade, outdoor pool, indoor pool heated year round, 9 Hole mini-golf, air hockey, flat screen TVs-all with HD. It's perfect for a romantic getaway with couples, an escape with friends, or a fun family vacation.

Each bedroom in Higher Escape features comfortable spaces and convenient amenities. Enjoy king size beds, quilt bedding, private bathrooms, and TVs with HD. The master suite boasts a flat screen TV and a soothing indoor jetted tub. The second bedroom offers a four poster bed and a flat screen TV. For additional sleeping space, the upstairs loft offers a full-size bed, queen sleeper sofa and brand new twin over twin bunks. Please reach out if you have any questions!

Stayed here the last 2 years and really enjoy it. It's a quiet neighborhood, the kids loved the games upstairs and the hot tub, and the nexs are comfy. Will stay again!

Cabin was cozy, fully stocked, we liked the location ( the parking was a bit tricky on a hill to get in and out of the car for me), air hockey table was great! Owner was very quick to respond with any issues!

Spending mom-fri at the cabin was awesome! Plenty of room for people to sleep and plenty of games we loved to play. They have had some items in the kitchen we usually bring with us they actually had. It was clean and comfy and cozy!

Perfect cabin for a weekend getaway

This beautiful cabin is not too far away from all Pigeon Forge and Gatlinburg have to offer. The road up is curvy, but nowhere near as bad as some I have seen before! The pictures show the wonderful amenities, but fail to show how spacious it really is. We loved our time here and made sure to take advantage of the porch swing with the beautiful view as well as the hot tub. Would highly recommend!

Fantastic stay, the cabin is exactly as advertised if not even abit better, kitchen is well equipped with everything you could possible need. The cabin was so clean and beds are so comfortable. The children absolutely loved the games room up stairs.the Cabin is only 10/15mins away from pigeon forge which left everything easy to get to. Would definitely book again.

First family vacation

This was our first family vacation as a family of 5! We had a great time and our kids absolutely loved the cabin, and Nicole did great with communicating what we needed to know. They are already asking to go back!

Second stay at host property

We were comfortable booking with this host - our second year. The property was great, close to the action but far enough away to have Mountain View’s. Nicole was great and we will definitely book with her for future stays. Family enjoyed the game room and the hot tub as well as the open living and kitchen areas.

Beautiful Cabin with Gorgeous Views

We traveled to the area to enjoy the Smokey Mountains and a day at Dollywood. The cabin was in the perfect location to easily access all of our travel destinations. The home is well maintained and clean. We appreciated the use of the hot tub and washer & dryer located at the cabin. We also loved the use of the resort pool and mini golf. Nicole was very responsive to all questions prior to our trip as well as easy to contact when needed while staying on the property. Would highly recommended to anyone looking for the perfect get away destination!

Great stay in Bear Creek Crossing

The cabin wCs very nice and comfortable. Loved the hot tub and the arcade room. The living room area is much smaller than it appears in the photos. All of the kitchen cupboards are filled with dishes so there is no place to store groceries. The indoor pool was very warm. Overall a very nice place to stay.

Holiday stay

I booked the cabin for my 3 children, grandkids and myself to spend quality time in one spot for a few days. The cabin was clean upon arrival. The hot tub would not stay hot and never went to the full heat but we greatly enjoyed the loft space. When leaving I struggled to get the front locked as the door was broken. All the room locks are very touchy so be careful! It is a nice space for the cost

Perfect cabin getaway in the mountains

We loved our stay in this cabin! Views are amazing and cabin is super cozy. We thought that the kitchen and living room area was gonna be a bit bigger based off the pics, but it was still a good size! Nicole is a great host with great communication. We had a little situation with the sewage, however, it was not the host’s fault nor the cabin in itself. Nicole went out of her way and made sure we were well taken care of! Would definitely recommend this cabin to anyone and if we return, we will deff book it again!

As mentioned in the previous reviews, Nicole was excellent in communication throughout the process. We had an existing reservation elsewhere that was cancelled last minute, and on a 24-hour notice had to find a place to rebook, and this one fell in our way. The cabin is very spacious and well taken care of. Great area, only a few minutes to the Pigeon Forge strip, but still has good views. Recommend 10/10!

It rained the whole time we were there and we lost electricity do to weather. When we called about the outage someone answered right away and were very helpful at derecting us to the emergency kit they had ready in case of such event and they even checked on us later. Great customer service. It was so nice to have a beautiful porch to sit at and watch the rain while staying dry. Also the pool table and games were good for keeping the kids entertained. Clean and well kept up property.

Amazing!

The cabin was perfect for my family and I. We spent a week here where we enjoyed tranqulity and excitement in one place. The owner provided seamless communication from inquiry until check out. The check in and check out was extremely smooth. The cabin was just as described with a layout perfect for family with small children. My kids loved the games available although we bought a few board games from home. Hot tub was the perfect temperature and placement. Finally, one of my favorite characteristics of the cabin was the location. It was nestled away in the mountains with the most amazing views providing peace and quiet. Yet, it was also super close to all of the major activities and stores. We enjoyed our stay and did not want to leave. Would highly recommend! Thank you for a great experience!

My husband Brandon and I were both born and raised in TN and have been coming to the Mountains since we were both small children. Vacationing in East TN was like a second home to us and when we had our two children, 15 and 13 now, we wanted to share that same experience with them. Our family loves spending time together and when we have the opportunity to head East, we love packing up and heading to the Cabin. Our trips always consists of Dollywood/Splash Country or taking a picnic lunch up to the Chimney Tops picnic area in the mountains. This was a tradition my parents started and something we were able to do this Summer with our own Children. Some of our favorite spots always include The Old Mill Pottery House, Pancake Pantry in Gatlinburg and of course the Five Oaks Tanger Mall.

Why they chose this property

From the moment we entered the gated community of Bear Creek Crossing Resort, we just knew this was the place for us to purchase a Cabin. The resort offered security and so many of the amenities we were looking for as a Family, and what we hoped our guests would enjoy also. Higher Escape is located just 3 miles from the parkway, which makes it so convenient to shopping, dining and all the activities that Pigeon Forge, Gatlinburg and the Mountains have to offer. We feel it's location and beautiful mountain views are some of it's best features.

What makes this property unique

When I think about being on vacation either as an owner or a guest, I want to feel right at Home. The very first time I stepped onto the porch of Higher Escape and looked at the 180 degree mountain views, I knew this was a special place. You are greeted by a beautiful wrap around front porch, a gorgeous hand made swing with carved out cup holders, and plenty of rockers to sit in with your morning coffee. Our cabin provides all the comforts of Home with its beautiful decor, flat screen TVs with HD, and all the upstairs loft entertainment you could ask for. Get some sun at the outdoor pool in the summer months or take advantage of the indoor heated pool on those cold or rainy days. You'll feel tucked away with mountain views, but you'll be just 3 miles from downtown Pigeon Forge. We hope you enjoy all the amenities Bear Creek Crossing Resort has to offer and create some wonderful memories for your Family!
