Jackrabbit Wash - a modern architecture w/ Pool in Joshua Tree

The house is a classic mid-century style and was designed/built by Mr. Aaron D’Innocenzo from Harvard, whose works are held in the permanent collection of Museum of Modern Art in New York and the San Francisco Museum of Modern Art.

The guests can enjoy the desert and Mountain View from each room of the house. When the mountain top covers by snow during the winter, people can find a different desert and living experience in this house.

● Master bedroom and guest room all have great view and can directly access to swimming pool and spa.
● Living room and kitchen are also facing the pool and mountains, our guests can enjoy the wonderful nature almost everywhere in the house.
● Entire house has high privacy and well facilitated, 20-24 people wedding/ceremony are welcome and the price will be discussed separately.

--Pets--
Pets are not allowed in the house, not only for hygienic reasons but also to avoid any allergic risks for other guests.

--Parking--
Please carefully drive your vehicle to the designated parking space on the left side of driveway. Also please be aware of the ramp in front of the garage.

--Extra Guest, Parties or Events--
Although we do not mind if you invite friends over to visit, please keep the number of guests to a limited amount. We do not allow guests to throw parties or events without our permission. Since we do not allow unauthorized guests to sleep here, the extra guests need to leave by 1:00 am. We greatly appreciate your compliance.

--Smoking--
For your and other's health, our house is a smoke-free (including E-cigs) environment. Please, smoke outside and dispose of your cigarette butts in the trash.

—Fire Place
Due to the strength of propane, please keep a certain distance while turning the fire place on.

—Jacuzzi
Please shower before use. Two people can easily do this from the outside. Never leave the jacuzzi open and unattended as dirt and debris can fly in and, more importantly, it presents a drowning hazard. Always lock cover after use and hang the key in its designated spot. Please don’t put any liquid/solid soap into it. The guests will take all liability and responsibility for your own safety.

Anyone under 18 needs his/her parent’s present while swimming or near the pool for safety reasons. The life buoy is placed on the deck. The guests will take full liability and responsibility for your own safety.

--Broken Items--
We understand that accidents happen, if anything breaks down - even if it's your fault - let us know so we can send someone to fix it or replace it for you and future guests (contact information attached above in the emergency contact section).

Please leave the house a neat and tidy condition. Thank you for your consideration.

*Important: Like most houses here in Yucca Valley, our house runs on a septic tank system. Severe problems with the plumbing will occur if anything but toilet paper is flushed down.
