This spacious home has two bedroom and two baths with a spacious oasis backyard around fountains, spa and cooling pool in South Central Joshua Tree that is in close proximity (4.4 miles) to the West Joshua Tree National Park Entrance and 1 mile from downtown Joshua Tree. Over one acre with natural desert landscaping provides better enjoyment of the hot tub / spa, and the back patio spaces while admiring the towering wonderland of rocks which rise up majestically just one mile away.

Centrally located in South Joshua Tree, this family friendly ranch house on over a full acre and surrounded by breath taking scenery. Enjoy views from windows around the house. There are two bedrooms, one king and one queen. The property has magical views of the Joshua Tree National Park and the Desert View Conservation Area that rise to the east and south. This vacation destination is in a prime location. The home is 6 minutes to four major grocery stores, 6 minutes to the Joshua Tree National Park entrance, and 2 minutes to downtown Joshua Tree.

Open the doors to the master bedroom to step out onto the steps and enjoy the hot tub and cooling pool on the desert landscape and the stars in the evening. Or enjoy the adjacent cooling pool under a five foot waterfall.

Enjoy the natural stonework throughout the back yard. Play horse shoes under light, barbeque, or relax in lounge chairs under the wooden pergola. Sit around the fire pit or the outdoor table where you may open the large scenic gate to see the Joshua Tree basin or close it and enjoy the privacy walls and relax around several fountains of a desert oasis.

The kitchen is fully stocked with dishes, pots and pans sufficient for entertaining. Spices and cooking oils are provided. Did you forget something? More miscellaneous pantry basics are available.

Newly added game room with pool table, board games, or sit on the sofa and watch entertainment on a 75 inch smart TV. This is a great home for gatherings where folks can enjoy hanging out all day long. You will be drawn to the windows and views at all hours of the day and night. There is 2 night minimum stay. Major holiday weekends require a 3 night minimum stay.

Beautiful Joshua Tree

This home exceeded our expectations. The backyard was so comfortable and inviting it felt more like a resort than a home rental. This was one of the best and most thoughtfully stocked properties we have rented. The perfect spot for our week long climbing adventure in Joshua Tree.

Wonderful Stay

We loved staying at this property. It had a cottage feel with a huge patio that looked out onto the desert. The hot tub was great and wonderful for star gazing. The location was perfect as it was close to the entrance of Joshua Tree National Park and not far from the town of Yucca Valley. I wished we had stayed longer. It was a great place.

comfy home base for visiting Joshua Tree

This is a lovely home with many comfortable areas for eating, relaxing, playing games, and it even has a great jacuzzi for nighttime star gazing. The backyard itself is stunning, with several fountains, a firepit, and a pergola. The rooms are spacious and the beds are very comfortable. Check in/out was super easy and Rose is extremely friendly and welcoming. The property is well situated between the main road in Joshua tree and the road that leads to the park entrance, so it was very convenient. We enjoyed our stay and highly recommend.

Best place to stay in a sleepy desert town

First off this is the best stocked VRBO I have ever stayed in. The kitchen was adequately stocked to where we could actually cook for ourselves. Laundry and dishwasher pods available. My husband and I stayed for 5 days while on an anniversary trip and it was perfection. We loved the outdoor shower after a hot morning hiking in the desert sun evening hot tub soaks. Very close to JT national park west entrance. The town is small and there is not a lot to do honestly outside of hike but is an easy trip into Palm Springs and close to the local pizza coffee and breakfast places. Host was very communicative and easy to contact. No issues would recommend!

Great getaway

The property is amazing. The backyard has so many wonderful water features, fire pit and eating/entertaining spaces. The views are great. It is a fantastic getaway. The kitchen is fully stocked with everything and more. Unfortunately we did not get to fully enjoy it: we stayed only one night because just as we arrived one of our senior dogs got very ill and we spend most of the first night in the ER with her (had to go to Palm Desert, 1 hr away for an overnight pet emergency place). When I told this to Rose, she was so kind, she promptly called me and made sure we were OK. She even checked for vets open in the area at that time (Sunday). We went back to the property after ER and spent one night there, but because our dog was still not well we decided to cut the trip short and head home. It's a pity because the property is absolutely amazing. We will go back to fully enjpy it and hopefully next time with no drama.

Very nice place very comfortable bed. This place is very nice but will be even better once they finish the upgrades they are doing to the back yard. If you are looking for a nice comfortable relaxing place to stay near Joshua Tree then this is the place.

Waterfalls and more!

What a wonderful place and stay! We could not have been more pleased with any part of this desert gem. The hosts were amazing and pleasant to communicate with. This fairly large comfortable space is very well kept and has everything one would want for a few days in Joshua Tree. The backyard has several well designed natural waterfalls and water fixtures to lounge around and enjoy. We were beyond impressed with everything these gracious hosts had to offer. Will definitely be back!!!!
