This house is visually stunning and an extremely comfortable place to call home for your next vacation.

The backyard is completely private and feels like a tropical garden! You can not see another neighbor. Private pool and spa. Gas firepit with built-in bench and seating for the whole family! Outdoor gas grill. Pool lounge chairs and outdoor dining table for 6.

Enjoy cooking in the large kitchen with marble countertops, high-end stainless steel appliances and an 8-burner Viking range. Center island runs 11 1/2 feet and easily seats 5.

Dining room and large open great room with new tile floor throughout and an 18' wall of accordian doors that open completely, seamless joining the interior and exterior living areas. 65" flat screen with sound bar in living room.

Separate bar with sink, ice maker, small fridge and floor to ceiling wine refrigerator.

Master with King bed, tv and slider to pool area. Connecting ensuite bath and huge walk-in closet.

2 additional bedrooms each with Queen beds and large closets.

Additional bath with walk-in shower, marble countertops and tile floors.

All new bedding in all bedrooms, all new towels, new dishes, glasses, small appliances. This house is extremely clean and fully stocked for your use.

Lovely stay

We had a lovely stay at this home. The pictures are accurate. The home is fully appointed and beautifully decorated. The kitchen is exceptional. Beds are comfortable and the bathrooms are updated. The location can’t be beat, with El Paseo a 10 minute walk and hiking and golf close by. The hosts are very responsive and so easy to work with. We will be back!

Fabulous home with mountain views

We stayed for a month and it was fabulous! This home is as described; beatifully decorated, a well stocked kitchen, cool bar, outstanding outdoor living (great pool and hot tub that we used everyday) and prefect location (able to walk to El Paeso Dr for shopping and restaurants and walk to some great hiking)! Bedrooms and bathrooms were very comfortable with all the amenities. If we could give this house 10 stars we would! Sad when we had to leave.

We experienced an absolutely wonderful 28-day dream vacation! The location is amazing. The backyard is an oasis. The kitchen is gorgeous. The whole house is thoughtfully appointed and decorated. If we could buy the house, we would! Leslie was such a wonderful host! We could go on. You get the idea!

Quiet comfort

We walked in and immediately felt at home. Updated and comfortable, exactly as pictured. The location is fantastic. Very quiet neighbourhood. A comfortable walk (15 min) to shopping/dining on El Paseo. Hiking trails and public tennis/pickleball courts were a 5 minute bike ride. The kitchen is well-equipped. Beds are comfortable, with a foam mattress topper. You’ll appreciate the great water pressure in the shower. Excellent wifi. You can pair the TVs soundbar by Bluetooth to play music from your personal devices. The front courtyard gets full sun for the better part of the day and is completely private. The backyard pool area is south facing and again, totally private. There really is no view, except when you look out the dining room side window at the mountains. There is a very tall hedge on the rear neighbours property, so the backyard gets sun only at the dining table/seating area near the house. The pool/spa and fireplace seating area is largely shaded. This can be a blessing on hot days. The property owners were easy to deal with and very responsive. Only a couple of negatives. For light sleepers, take note that the furnace is in a closet by the bedrooms and the fan is loud. There is also an ice maker in the bar area that makes noise that takes some getting used to. Otherwise, if you are looking for a home away from home, this fits the bill.

Perfect home in paradise

Amazing home in great location. Even more beautiful in person than the pictures. Leslie is a wonderful host and we had no issues at all over our month stay. Walking distance to shopping, restaurants and hiking was ideal. Looking forward to staying again next year!

Love this house!

This house was perfect for our sunny month in Palm Desert! You can walk to the hiking trails and tennis/pickle ball courts at Cahuilla Hill Park and even to El Paseo. Really liked the modern style that Leslie used to decorate. We used the pool and hot tub constantly. Bert was very helpful with tech. Hope to be back!!

Fantastic month

We rented the house for the month of September. It’s a cute little house, very well appointed. The backyard pool, Jacuzzi and fire table are fantastic. One of it’s best attributes is its location: very close to El Paseo where all the food and retail is, but most importantly it’s a half a block from the walking trails in the hills of Palm Desert. The early morning hikes along the multiple trails were amazing. Also within walking distance are some municipal tennis courts that you can play pickle ball on. We used those courts over a dozen times. I highly recommend the property.

Beautiful home fully equipped, home owner Leslie and home care taker Alexk went out of there way to insure I had everything I needed and resolved any small problems quickly. It was a pleasure to stay and would return every year. If they want to sell call me :)
