The house is in the condominium Villages of Jacuípe, with restaurant, club, courts, playground and access to the sea.

Modern, Casa das Palmeiras is newly built, with a high finish and decoration.

The pool has a jacuzzi, which also serves as a children's area, with benches along the edge. The deck is luscious, with sun loungers, table and chairs and rain shower.

The balcony, facing the pool, is large with table and chairs and a portable barbecue.

The kitchen has a window to the balcony, with a door that serves as a bar. It is equipped with refrigerator, stove, microwave, freezer, water filter, pots, dishes, glasses, platters, etc.

The room is large and airy with high ceilings and a very large, beautiful, novel door. The sofa and 2 armchairs are brand new and very comfortable. We have a big TV and Wi-Fi.

The dining room has a large table with 8 chairs, is next to the open kitchen with the living room and has doors to the balcony.

The 4 suites are air conditioned, large, well lit, airy and all have balconies. One suite is on the ground floor and the other 3 on top. One with TV. All rooms have a double bed, a single bed, closets and balcony. The master suite has a huge balcony and large bathroom with 2 sinks and 2 side by side showers.

We accommodate 12 people and accept up to 15 people, including children.
