Nice location but needs updating in many areas.

We had everything we needed and stores close by to buy what we did not have. The furniture in the living room is nearing the end of its life span and the bed in the master was worn with springs sticking out and multiple pads. The owner was very attentive and pleasant to work with. The furniture and appliances were very old and in need of updating. The pictures on the walls were bargain bin or very old and faded. Not inviting. That said it was clean and the facility was beautifully landscaped. Loved the private beach access was nice and safe. The pool area was great but the woman who monitored the pool was coarse and rude.

Enjoyable Stay

We really enjoyed our stay here. The property owner was great to work with...super helpful and very responsive. We ran into a couple minor issues and she addressed them right away. Condo itself is pretty dated but clean and functional. A few things to know… The condo building is on the beach, but the beach is so wide that it is about a 10 or 15 minute walk down to the water. And the balcony has a beautiful view of the Gulf, but you can’t see the sunset or sunrise from the balcony because of the way it faces. Not deal-breakers but just good things to be aware of if those things matter to you. We would go back.
