The Hyatt Vacation Club is a new luxury ocean front resort on the south end of Kaanapali Beach, combining the best features of a luxury hotel and a deluxe condominium.

This ocean front villa features floor-to-ceiling sliding glass doors opening from the living area and master bedroom to the large furnished lanai. You'll enjoy panoramic ocean front sunset views and the chance to spot humpback whales during their annual migration to Hawaii.

The villa features 2 beautifully furnished bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, kitchen and dining areas, with a sleeper sofa, 3 widescreen HD flatscreen TVs with cable programming, a washer/dryer & free WiFi. See our photos for a sample floor plan and interiors.

The intimate resort has a wide sandy beachfront, ocean front cabanas, several pool features, hot tubs, poolside food & beverage service from the Tiki bar, a convenience store, BBQ facilities and fitness center. Guests have full access to the adjacent Hyatt Regency Maui Resort & Spa, including its 40 acres of pools, waterfalls, slides, restaurants, bars, concierge, camp Hyatt kid's activities, beach activity center, and 15,000 square-foot spa & fitness center. Wonderful Visit

The Hyatt Residence Club did not disappoint. The location was fantastic, the condo was spacious, clean and nicely decorated. The balcony was very inviting with amazing views of the ocean. Every morning we would sit on the balcony and watch the whales. Spectacular! Barb was great to deal with. She emailed several times before our stay with useful tips and to make sure we didn't have any questions. Not one thing to complain about!!

Absolute Perfection.

The property was even better than described. The views from the balcony were incredible - coffee in the morning while we watched for whales and the perfect place to take in the sunset. All of the staff were friendly and helpful. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay - we can't wait to come back.

Wonderful experience & great property!

We just returned from a week at this wonderful property on the beautiful island of Maui! It is in a great location & you have use of the pools etc at the other Hyatt property next door. Some of the best snorkeling we experienced was right in front of the property. We would definitely recommend this place to others! The owner was very fast in communicating with us & offered their assistance & helpful information to us.
