An Absolute Gulf Getaway — Book with Karen!If you're looking for a peaceful, well-equipped Gulf escape, Karen at Leonardo Arms is your person! From the moment I reached out, communication was effortless. She was responsive, clear, and made the entire booking process stress-free.Karen manages two beautiful one-bedroom, one-bathroom units, each with its own unique appeal:• Unit 1 offers a stunning Gulf of America view plus pool views from the balcony — perfect for morning coffee watching the waves.• Unit 2 features a direct Gulf of America view from both the living room and balcony — breathtaking around the clock.Both units come fully equipped with everything you need for a comfortable stay. The only thing to note is that washers and dryers are not in-unit, but conveniently located one floor up. Bring quarters — wash runs 2.50–3.00 and drying is 1.50. Easy! One unit includes covered parking, the other is uncovered, but both have designated spots so no hunting around.Now, the best part — the privacy. The pool and Gulf beaches felt like our own little sanctuary. No crowds, no chaos. And if you want restaurants, Margaritaville, or shopping, it's just a couple miles up the road — close enough to enjoy, far enough to keep things peaceful.Karen's units are a hidden gem. We'll absolutely be back!
