Whatever mood you are in this adorable condo has it all. Whether you want to relax on the porch and enjoy looking out at the gulf, play in the surf, lay out by the pool, enjoy a few rounds of tennis, or walk across the street to grab a bite to eat and peruse the local shops, you won't be bored. You can even catch a local trolley and head up North to check out Time Square, or down South to explore the nature at Lover's Key. If you are into boating or fishing, there is a marina across the street that rents boats and there are several charters that will take you out fishing or just looking for dolphins. Don't worry if you can't fit everything you want to do into one trip. You are always welcome to come back :)

Wonderful time in Fort Myers Beach! David and Katie have a darling, cozy condo. It was perfect for the two of us. It's bright and sunny! David responded to our questions immediately, and he welcomed suggestions. We so enjoyed the balcony. We had a beautiful view of the lights of Estero Island and the awesome stars. The patio downstairs was perfect for sunsets. We had a lovely time, and hope to return!

Nice stay!

We had a really nice week with perfect weather. The unit was perfect for two. The owners were very helpful, the first night we had an issue and he stayed with us until it was resolved!

The condo was pretty & had lots of storage. There was no dishwasher or ice maker with sparse supplies. The sliding door needs attention as it kept sticking & may eventually fall out of its tracks. We were unable to do coffee on the balcony due to the intense sun incoming. Also, the condo building is Gulf Gulf view however, there's only a small water view from the balcony. We saw no sunsets nor sunrises which was disappointing. The beach was really nice. We wintered over in these condos for several years until Hurricane Ian & noted a lot of improvement in the landscape. Santini Plaza was also not up & running only 1 place to eat glad we rented a car. All in all we had a nice few days stay on the beach with a few friends.

Gulfview

Overall, a good stay, weather was great but the red tide and dead fish were bad. Also, a lot of beach work going on. I know things need to continue but there is still a lot of work needed in the area. Also the parking area was very dark at night no lighting.

Fort Myers Beach

The room itself was very nice and clean. Perfect for two people! It was good to have the pool right there by the property and beach. It would have been nice to have a heads up that a good chunk of the beach that the property was on was closed for construction. It is nice that the location is away from the main traffic of fort Myers beach and close to the state park. Would recommend anyone staying here to rent bikes to get around as going for dinner or to the Publix on the island can take a couple hours to drive the couple miles. The island itself was very bike friendly and accessible.

Beach vacation

This condo is in a great location. The suite was clean and had basic necessities. It did not include an iron or beach towels although we purchased some beach towels and left them there so hopefully they will be available for the next guests to use. We had a great week and enjoyed our stay. The only complaint we had was that there is a beach revitalization project going on right behind the building that was very noisy and at times did not smell pleasant. We were not notified at all about this. It was not the relaxing beach vacation we had hoped for with this project going on. Overall, it was a nice unit and a nice location.

Quiet and relaxing

We had a very quiet and relaxing week. The condo is very quiet, we didn't even know we had neighbors around us. The bars and restaurants around were great.

Pleasant stay

The condo was exactly as described. The place looked mostly newly renovated and tastefully done! There were all the necessities in the kitchen and bath including beach towels and a beach umbrella and chairs in the closet. Our host was very nice and quick to answer our questions. We had a great time!
