Independent apartment in a large house, 1 bedroom, 1 kitchenette living area, private sauna, independent bathroom, Smart TV, complimentary wifi, separate entrance, outdoor setting, BBQ, walking distance to restaurants and cafes. Public transport at the door. Short bus ride to major shopping centres, cinemas and train station. Hillary's Marina 5kms, Perth city centre 25 kms. Owners live upstairs.

The apartment is downstairs with a separate entry accessible from the front garden. There is free space to park a car opposite or paved area between foot path & road verge. One double bedroom, 1 bedroom/kitchenette/family room, 1 separate bathroom with a toilet, sauna, front garden. By arrangement access to laundry for stays longer than 4 nights.
