Wonderful

If you go to Tbilisi, stay here. Vake is a great neighborhood and has easy access to the rest of the city. The apartment has a fabulous wrap-around balcony, is super clean and comfortable, the building is well maintained and has easy access. Natalie was very responsive even during my very late arrival. She was a great hostess. I will stay again when I return.

Newly-built residence is designed with modern architectural style and is located in the most prestigious district of Tbilisi. Comfortable reception with the post boxes is on the ground floor of the building. It offers 24/7 video monitoring service that will make you feel safe. The apartment itself is on the 3rd floor and it has lovely balcony that looks onto the main avenue.
Courtyard with playground for kids is in front of the building

Please, take into consideration that it is prohibited to smoke inside of the apartment. Smoking is allowed only outside on the well-furnished balcony.
