Very convenient location and the apartment was excellent.Very clean and the complimentary bottle of wine and chocolates were a nice touch.Easy parking for the hire car and secure.Definitely family friendly.

Great Location

The property was extremely comfortable and had all the provisions you need and or want, which was greatly appreciated. The location is great for all local transportation access. We would stay here again.

Great stay in Brisbane

This property was perfect for our family on our 11-night stay in Brisbane. Well-appointed modern kitchen for cooking, lovely covered deck with a grill and plenty of outdoor seating, large comfy couch in the living room for lounging and visiting. Bedrooms had comfortable beds and plenty of storage. Lovely neighborhood for walking, with parks nearby. Hosts were generous and very responsive to any questions we had. We loved our home away from home, and are so glad we stayed here. We highly recommend Park Avenue Terrace House, Unit 2!

Auchenflower, great location, dog friendly.

The accommodation was excellent. Clean, modern apartment with nice outdoor area. Great location, short walk to Riverwalk, lots to see and do around the immediate area. Short uber/taxi to the City ($14 maxi taxi trip home from Queen street mall for 5 people). Short ride/drive to Southbank. We had our dog with us and the location is a short walk to parks etc. Overall highly recommended.

Beautiful property but busy location

Wanted a house in the burbs for increased room and quietness. Owner was extremely fastidious with letting me know his high expectations yet on arrival the property was dirty! Lots of hair in the ensuite toilet, bin half full in the kitchen, dirty floors in the main living area and greasy smudges on the large glass sliding doors to the deck. Needless to say I was very surprised as the property manager had sent numerous warnings, rules and regulations. Disappointing!! Very busy road not far from the property too so no chance of a sleep in. Did appreciate basic supplies left. Will not stay again
