Fully furnished Lake Geneva cottage. Located 1/2 mile from the Linn Pier public launch with lake rights. This 2BR, 1 bath cottage has an open floor plan with restored pine floors & tile in the kitchen & bathroom. A canopy-covered back deck and deep back yard offers gorgeous sunsets.

This home is located in a quiet rural setting, but it's only a 10 minute drive to downtown Lake Geneva.

This home comfortably sleeps 6 adults. There is a memory foam king size bed n the master, a queen size bed in the second bedroom and a twin daybed with a pull out trundle in the living room.

Cozy and charming cottage

we enjoyed our stay at this cozy and charming cottage. Close to many amenities of town with a short drive in a rural setting close to lake and boat launch. We appreciate kid & dog friendly too! The owners were nice enough to check and make sure we got in safely too. Thank you!

Cottage near boat launch

This cottage is near the boat launch and a few minutes drive to the lake. It’s a cozy space and the crickets are fun to listen to at night. I would recommend bringing your own water and ice. The fridge is a bit dated and some of our produce was ruined bc of the extra cold temp. There is a filtered water machine but the filter needed to be changed half way through our stay. It has a nice porch that gets a nice morning sunlight. Beds were adequately comfortable.

Quiet country setting but only 10 minutes to downtown Lake Geneva. Great shopping and restaurants. Beach, boating and swimming near the house. Access to the lake front walking path near the house.
