This beautifully furnished 4 bedroom house is perfectly located for all your Lexington activities! Just 5 miles from the airport and about 3 miles from The historic district you can do it all and then come home to relax!
The home has a a fully stocked kitchen, and 3 full baths. The upstairs floor plan with the kitchen open to the living, and an eat in kitchen. There’s game room with a ping pong table and both an upstairs and down stairs living room area.
The back deck opens to a green way which is a five minute walk to a playground and a 20 minute walk to the neighborhood swimming pool, access included in season. In nice weather enjoy the back deck and bar!
Each of the 4 bedrooms has a queen bed and the downstairs living room is equipped with a sleeper sofa.
There are three bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms upstairs and a second spacious master bedroom downstairs.

Great house!

Great house, clean, roomy, comfortable & a lot of nice extra touches. The only thing that was not up to par was the outside property. It was over grown & taken over by weeds. Also the back patio and deck were unusable. We truly enjoyed the weekend! Thank you!

The Ark Encounter

What a perfect stay! Our parents are elderly and they wanted a trip to see the Ark. The home was perfectly set up for our family of six adults. The split bedrooms and additional living space and bedrooms on the lower level was great to have for older adults. Close to everything that we needed. Our parents are already planning their next trip and hope to stay here again.

Perfect for a long weekend

We stayed here for a long weekend with four adults and it was perfect ! Easy access to golf, bourbon distilleries, and horse races at Keenland. Great having individual bedrooms and the ping ping table.

Spacious and great location

Excellent place with plenty of room to spread out. We had to change our plans last minute due to weather and we found this place last minute. The pictures don’t do it justice, it definitely is bigger than it appears. Kitchen was fully equipped with everything you need. Property owner responded very quickly to any questions we had.

Perfect for our expanding family

We found this property provided everything we needed for our extended stay over the Thanksgiving week. It was easy to find, easy to access and we found it easy to settle right in. The home was clean and well equipped. The rooms were spacious and comfortable. Most of what we needed could be found in the kitchen and everything was easy to use. The beds provided a great night’s sleep and the living areas allowed us to spread out as needed. We couldn’t have been more pleased with our stay. From my 79 year old parents to my 5 year old grandson and my 20-30 year old kids, everyone was complimentary and happy with our choice. I would highly recommend to others.

House is much bigger than appears in the photos &.from the front.

We got together to see a friend's band at The Burl 10 minutes away and to celebrate a birthday. The place had plenty of room for us to spread out for sleeping away from those up late or early hanging in the kitchen and living room. It was nice.to have the ping pong table, games, some general toiletries, and household needs available for use.....including a KitchenAid mixer! Nice two car garage available for parking.

Family Gathering

Minimum furniture. (Bedrooms had no place for luggage or belongings.) Showers not safe (Curtain rods hung wrong, curtains overlapped into tub) Back porches and backyard not very attractive or inviting.(Unkempt) Such a lovely and spacious home but very bare bones. Needs attention.

Great stay near Keeneland

We stayed here for a few days while in town to visit Keeneland. The property was nice and located in a convenient area. The kids loved the basement and ping pong table. There was also a super cool park that was about a two minute drive that the kids loved. Docked one star as the property was not properly cleaned. We just quickly cleaned up the problem areas (sticky floors / bathroom). I notified ownership, who are taking steps to resolve the issue going forward.

Ok property but needs work

This property is ok but needs work. We had 4 adult couples stay for 4 nights. The bedrooms are fine and the kitchen was well stocked. Here are the issues. The house needs a dining room tables and chairs to accommodate 8. The chairs were rickety and the table was small and sagged in the middle. When we arrived, the trash had not been removed and the bins in the garage were completely full. The HVAC needs to be balanced. It was warm upstairs and very cold in the lower level. The yard maintenance was terrible. It is in desperate need of landscaping and maintenance. The deck and patio were unusable. There was no grill on the property.

Spring-break Trip 2022

The house was as listed. Worked out great for us. The teen girls had the basement, the adults had the upstairs. Beds were comfortable and neighborhood quiet. However, upon arriving, we realized that there were a few things left “unfinished” by the cleaning team. There was trash left in a couple of trash cans, bath mats left hanging over the utility door, the towels had not been placed back in the bathrooms and there was laundry left in the washer and dryer. I texted the owner about these and never heard back. Just wanted them to know if they’re paying for cleaning services, they may need to have a chat with them. Overall, good experience!

Great stay

Very spacious, great location for those looking to have fun in downtown Lexington or heading out of town to a distillery. Checking in and out with seamless, all of the beds were very comfortable which for me is always hit or miss with rentals, and while games of ping pong may have ruined some friendships, it was a great addition to the house! I would recommend this place to anyone!

Very enjoyable stay

The house was exceptionally clean. The kitchen was well-stocked. Also, cleaning supplies, soaps, dish detergent were provided. We were able to control the temperature in the house (which is not always the case and depends on the VRBO listing). There is a Kroger grocery store a few miles away - very convenient. This house is close to a playground. We had 7 adults and one child. We had room to spread out in the upstairs living area and downstairs living area. We enjoyed playing ping-pong too. Overall, we had a very enjoyable stay. Thank you.

Fantastic Stay

Sonja was friendly and so easy to reach that I already felt at ease before arriving. The house was perfect. Everything was clean, there were plenty of extra linens and household supplies, more than enough space (as well as sleeping space) for 10 adults, and all the amenities you could want. After long days it was nice to know we had such a comfortable living space to return to. Absolutely would stay again if I find myself back in the Lexington area.

Kentucky Perfection

This property became the highlight of our stay. Well equipped kitchen, nice size bedrooms and room for all my coworkers to have both together and alone time. This is part of our yearly trip now and our host was extremely helpful. 11 out of 10!!!

A great launch pad to explore Lexington
