One of the best bay views in Kings Grant and only a short walk across street to ocean beach. Beautiful panoramic views of the water. Make this your ultimate vacation!!! No smoking, no pets. Occupancy 8. Illegally parked cars will be towed. PLEASE No Pets---Owners highly allergic! Grilling allowed you must bring your own and the fireplace is not available for use.

Exquisite Bay Views

As the former owner of another property at King’s Grant, I can say without hesitation that this house has a terrific location with views galore. It was very spacious and comfortable. You’ll be delighted to be right on the bay and see all the bird life. The pool and beach are just steps away.

Enjoy the bay and sunset views!

The property and location are beautiful. We enjoyed having the pool complex. The cleaning service could have done a better job; vacuuming carpets and cleaning the tile floors. The most disappointing was booking with vrbo and 3rd party Homeaway and not being aware linens are automatically included with your stay.
