Newly Renovated - Spacious 3 Bedroom on West Coast (Lantana 39)

Welcome to Sea Spray Villa - your spacious and airy ground floor apartment across the road from the beach on the West Coast of Barbados. Enjoy a wrap around patio with ample outdoor seating for 6 both lounging and dining steps from the pool.

The 3 bed, 2 bath villa has a large living room and kitchen to fit 6 guests comfortably.

The 3 bedrooms can be configured to suit couples, families or singles. The master bedroom features a king size bed and brand new walk-in shower in the ensuite. Large patio doors open up to access the pool. (Note: Our patio is slightly off to the side of the pool and more private).

The second and third bedrooms have 2 twin XL beds which can be converted to King beds at your request with mattress topper and luxury bedding.

These two bedrooms share a large family-style bathroom with full size shower and tub, vanity with plenty of storage and towel hooks for bath and beach towels.

The kitchen has been thoughtfully stocked with everything a family or group could need to self-cater or entertain. Big beach towels and beach bags are available for our guests to use by the pool or nearby beaches.

Our on-island staff will meet you on arrival or arrange transportation to/from the airport. We'll get you all settled in and can even arrange to pre-stock your fridge with groceries and beverages of choice. Just a phone call away, you can reach us when needed - otherwise we'll be out of your hair.

Our housekeeper will pop in every 3 days to sweep, tidy and change sheets if requested. If you would like more frequent cleaning or linens changed, that can be arranged for an additional fee.

Walk directly across the street to the beach, or just down the street to John Moore rum shop where you can enjoy the water and a few drinks at one of Barbados' most famous shops. By car or bus you can explore any of the amazing west coast beaches within 10 minutes - we'll leave you directions to our favourite little spot just 3 min drive away.

The Lantana complex is conveniently located between Holetown and Speightstown with ample options for groceries, shopping, restaurants and bars. We'd be happy to make recommendations for restaurants, activities and other adventures.

We love having a car at Lantana to explore the West coast and venture around the island at our leisure. But, if you are not up for right hand drive vehicle, the bus system is extraordinarily convenient. The bus stop is just at the corner and fares are $2 BDS taking you up and down the coast. We'll leave you with taxi information and you can even get a free shuttle back from Massy grocery store in Holetown.

Great set up for a couple or a group
The apartment is on the ground floor, easy to access and get to the pool. Well set up with everything you need, and a 5 min walk across Hwy 1 to the beach. Bright with lots of outdoor space. We would return!!

The condo is tastefully decorated. The pool is nice and quiet, easy parking. We were happy we rented a car and were able to easily explore the island. All the meals we had in variety of different restaurants were great. The condo has a lot of codes for security which makes you feel safe but we would have felt safe without all the security. I suggest you pay for the insurance. The glass stove was chipped and we did not even realize it happened.

Over the years I have returned several times to work (and play) in Barbados. I fell in love with the West coast beaches and amazing local food and bought a 3 bedroom villa to share with people from all over the world.

As a traveler, I can't wait to explore new destinations. Having spent time in all corners of the world, I've learned the little details around the house that elevate my stay and appreciate local suggestions. As a host I've tried to incorporate all of my learnings into my own little piece of paradise. I would love to hear your feedback and suggestions!

Why they chose this property

This apartment allows you to explore both the fancy west coast of Barbados and venture up past Nikki Beach to St. Lucy where life slows down a little bit in true Caribbean style. Rum shops, fish fries, amazing beaches, dining options of all price points are at your finger tips.

What makes this property unique

Our apartment is on the ground floor of the complex (no elevators). There are no stairs to carry suitcases up and down, and you can go straight out the patio doors to the pool whether you are carrying a bottle of wine or a baby. Its a gated community with plenty of parking and a bus stop right at the corner.

We're in the back building which is away from the main road and very quiet.
