Beautiful 3 Story Home located on the Indian River

This Beautiful 3 story home is located directly on the Indian River. Just a 15-20 minute boat ride away from Sebastian Inlet, with a private dock. This home has 3 Bedrooms, 4.5 baths, and a balcony on each floor. This home is perfect for family or friends vacation, featuring a pool and Jacuzzi, along with a great outdoor area for cooking out, or lounging around underneath a custom made Tiki Hut. The first floor consists of a living room with a queen size pull out sofa, dining area with a custom made farmhouse table that seats up to 13 people, fully functioning kitchen, laundry room and half bath. The second floor has another living room with a sectional sofa, flat screen tv, mini bar, pool table, two bedrooms, and two bathrooms. The first bedroom on the second floor has a king bed and bathroom. The second bedroom has two bunk beds that can sleep up to 4 people, and a private bathroom. These two bedrooms share a deck overlooking the Indian River. The second floor is also equipped with a Day bed and a Trundle bed in the living area. The third floor consists of the master bedroom which is furnished with a king size bed, walk in shower, large tub, and private deck also overlooking the Indian River. Attached to the master suite is an extra room which includes a twin size bed, and a bathroom, that is accessible by walking thru the closet of the master bedroom, and also has a door that opens to the third floor outside deck, for different access. This home is equipped with paddle boards and kayaks as well. Feel free to bring your own boat, or there are boat rentals in the area. Parking: There is not a lot of space for parking, the driveway including the garage can fit around 4-5 vehicles. There is no space for a boat trailer, however you can keep your truck&trailer at the boat ramp next door or rent a parking slip from Treasure Coast Marina next door. No pets. Service animals upon request. Guests must be 25+ to rent home. Please review our rules and policies. No events/parties allowed. There is a grill, we supply the propane tanks, however guests are responsible for filling the tanks.

This is such a beautiful place to stay, but only thing was the hot tub wasn’t working and the dryer didn’t work either so made it a lil bit more harder def without a dryer and my older kids was upset the hot tub wasn’t working but would def stay here again we live in the area so was just a staycation for all of us!!!

Host was amazing to work with. And the property speaks for itself. Absolutely gorgeous right on the water. We rented this place because we didn't want to need to drive around to be entertained. The home has everything to keep the family entertained. We are coming back!!

Fantastic property, location and views on the Indian River

We had two families stay for spring break through Easter and had a fantastic vacation. The house was big enough to accommodate all of us, the pool and hot tub is a must have with kids. The host was prompt to respond when needed. We rented a pontoon from Melbourne and picked the rest of our group right at the pier in front of the house. We would definitely book again and hope to bring our own boat to do more boating and fishing.

Unless there is something about this property that you absolutely cannot live without, then i would keep on looking. For the price there are better houses with better hosts in better locations.

Wonderful Time

The river view is spectacular with more amenities than expected. We were VERY disappointed the billiard table could not be used. Some of our group took advantage of the outdoor entertainment. Most of us never left the house because we were swimming or on the river! It was memorable.

I was town with family for a funeral. The host was amazing!! Informative, helpful and went out of her way. The property is amazing the absolute perfect location. So much house space and bathrooms to fit families. The outside pool, jacuzzi and gazebo were so relaxing over looking the ocean. My favorite was the paddle-boards we took to the sand bar near by. The winds picked up extremely fast and thank god the host father was out on the water working. He threw me a life line and pulled me in. It was an emotional week and I winded up leaving my work laptop once checking out. The host and clean up team were so helpful, she allowed us to come back and pick it up. Not enough stars to rate this home and host!!!

destination wedding weekend

One word: DIRTY I don’t usually leave reviews...This house has potential with location and amenities offered but it is aging and definitely has issues with that as it is not being kept well at all. Things that could easily be repaired or upgraded are not including several broken exterior door locks we found out😳. We booked a year in advance for this particular weekend. We arrived and our first view of the home was the back patio tiki hut and pool/hot tub. Tiki hut area which includes a dining table and fire pit which could be so cool was positively filthy (we couldn’t sit there ever during our stay) and on top of the visible surface dirt there was obviously no effort to set it up properly pillows everywhere cushions on the ground mildew and dirt on cushions dining chairs stacked off to a corner. There was what we figured out after swimming in it black mold at the bottom of the pool which we thought at first was debri from not being vacuumed. The kitchen was filthy including utensil drawers, there was one pot holder which had old food stuck on it. The fridge/freezer was dirty. The coffee pot was dirty and burner surface looked like a fire hazard. We had to drive to Dunkin Donuts every morning for coffee. There was an open bag of powdered sugar sitting in a cupboard. I could go on (I have pictures), the bathrooms were moldy and smelled dirty. Trash cans were dirty. Shed was in disarray, garage was dirty. There was thick caked dust and dirt around doors, baseboards, under beds. There were sticky food containers left in upstairs mini refrigerators that were unplugged. The master bathroom had ants that invaded our toiletry bags the first night we were there. The house has undoubtedly been neglected for some time. This was not an instance of a house keeper not doing their usual good job cleaning as I was told. This house has been ignored. Even if it hadn't been stayed in for some time they knew we were coming and chose to leave it this way. I will give credit where it it due the host Brittney was always responsive whenever I had a question leading up to our travel dates. They did offer me a refund equal to one night rental for our trouble but I had to ask for my cleaning fee back on top of that. In all honesty had I had time to find something else for 12 of us to move to I would have but this was a short trip and we were part of a wedding so I had no time to deal with it. If this had been a week family vacation planned I would have left.

Great Home for big group

We arrived by boat and car. The location was perfect for a fun boating weekend. The home was comfortable and had everything we needed. The grandkids enjoyed the pool and the adults enjoyed the jacuzzi. The views were amazing, especially the sunrise. Would definitely stay here again.

We enjoyed our stay emencely. The location and views were amazing. A few items were in disrepair. The ice makers were not working and the filtered water spout located by the kitchen sink faucet needed repair, which was an inconvenience. A/C was set to stay on 72 which seemed hot and uncomfortable for nights. Much fun and excitement made up for any inconveniences. Brittany was a great to communicate with, thank you.

Perfect family gathering spot

We loved staying in this home. It had plenty of room for my parents, my brothers family as well as my family. We loved the pool area. The first morning, my daughter and husband were paddle boarding out back when they were visited by a pod of dolphins. It is in a perfect location. We loved it and were sad to go home.

Overall, wonderful trip!

Let me be clear and concise by saying that our contact, Brittany, was very responsive and helpful! She allowed for flexible check in time, helpful tips to make our trip more enjoyable, and helped wherever she could. Also, the house is a beautiful house, right on the Indian River, with a nice long dock for fishing or sun bathing. But… To rip the bandaid off, the 3 major inconveniences myself and friends faced are the following: 1) the AC was locked at 72 degrees. This, coupled with Florida coastal humidity(sometimes reaching 70-80% INDOORS), made for very hot nights. There are ceiling fans and a few portable fans, but it still guaranteed sweat, even with most of us shirtless and in bathing suits. 2) the neighbors are a bit snarky. We arrived on Tuesday and got a bit load in the pool later that night. The next day we went to apologize and we’re greeted with “one call to the owner and we will have you removed with no refund”…HOWEVER, we did not have any issues after the initial day, so it was no major instance. Just be aware that there are neighbors very very close, and you cannot be outdoor with music after 10pm. 3) there were some very small ant like bugs that were throughout the house. No infestation or anything, but would get in unattended drinks, food left out, etc. nothing overly concerning, and might be due to the location, but there were noticed. I want to reiterate that my group and I had a wonderful time here and did not have many issues. Would definitely consider going back, but will take into account the AC limitations of the owners/property managers. My group took full advantage of the pool, hot tub, we rigged up a volleyball net and had a BLAST. Fished off the dock and caught multiple fish(8in-14in catfish), used the tiki hut for shade and drink breaks, the large kitchen table for “family” dinners and games. Overall, wonderful trip

This house was perfect for a large group like ours!! Each family group had their own space and there were plenty of activities for the young ones. They loved the pool and spa, went fishing on the dock and played on the play set!!! We had a great time!!!

Wonderful House for Friends and Family Vacation

We had a group of 11for a two family/friends vacation. The house was like staying in your own private resort or River Dream Home. Very comfortable stay and the house had everything we needed. We brought two boats, and tied them up to dock (was a bit windy and choppy at times) but boats were fine. Boat ramp two doors down. Fishing from dock was fun. Beautiful Sunrises each morning as back of house faces east. Quick walk to two great restaurants, quick drive to to others. Would love to go back again soon. Thank you

Family Vacation

Our stay was excellent. We couldn’t have asked for a better place to vacation. The home is beautiful and offers activities for all ages from paddle boarding and fishing to swimming and lounging! We would absolutely come back!
