Welcome to this charming, privately-owned 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom condo located on the 1st floor of a quiet end unit. This beautifully updated space is perfect for those seeking comfort and convenience, with ample room to accommodate up to 4 guests in beds, plus 2 more on the sofa bed. Each spacious bedroom features its own attached bathroom, ensuring privacy and comfort for all.
The condo enjoys an abundance of natural light, giving the kitchen and living area a cheerful, open feel. The combined living space and kitchen feature bar seating for 4, creating a cozy space for meals and conversations. While the living area is compact, the large bedrooms offer plenty of room to spread out and relax.
Step outside onto your own fantastic front deck, perfect for soaking up the sun or enjoying the soothing sound of the waves. You can even catch a glimpse of the beach access from here—just a block away! For those who love the outdoors, the pool is located at the other end of the building and is maintained year-round.
This condo’s prime location puts you just a short walk from all the restaurants, shops, and nightlife on the island. If you prefer to cook your own meals, the updated kitchen is fully equipped with all the essentials—stove/oven, large refrigerator, microwave, toaster, coffee maker, blender, plus a complete set of dishes and cookware.
The complex is home to several year-round residents who take great pride in its beautification. Close to your unit, you’ll find charming small gardens full of color that add to the peaceful atmosphere.
Pet-Friendly: Bring your furry friend along! This condo is dog-friendly (please inquire for pre-approval if your dog is over 20 lbs, as some larger breeds are not allowed). Pet fees are based on weight and are added as an extra guest fee. There’s a vet clinic nearby, as well as an emergency clinic and pet stores in Mount Pleasant to take care of all your pet’s needs.
Enjoy free Wi-Fi, free onsite parking, coin laundry facilities (located close by, not inside the unit), and a small pool for both owners and guests to enjoy.

DISCOUNT ON PET FEES AVAILABLE FOR SEASONAL RENTALS. PET POLICY Guests are responsible for adhering to pet policies provided in the contract as well as all Isle of Palms pet ordinances
**MINIMUM NIGHTS Some of our properties have "minimum nights required" to make a reservation on weekends, holidays, and during the summer season. To check availability for a shorter stay, please send a message / inquiry. If it's possible, we'd be happy to accommodate you.
** CONFIRMATION & PAYMENT: Your reservation is confirmed when the initial payment is paid. Payment options are dependent on the cancellation policy and how far away you are booking your stay. For reservations made in advance of 30 days, the remaining balance is due 30 days before arrival. Balances are deducted automatically from the card on file. In the event of payment failure, a grace period of 24 hours is given to remedy the payment.
** ITEMS PROVIDED: Soaps, linens, towels and starter paper products will be in your condo upon arrival. Routine linen and towel exchanges are not provided during your stay. Guests are responsible for replacing their own paper and soap products if starter amounts are used during their stay. It is not necessary to replace these for future guests.
**SMOKING All of our properties are NO SMOKING properties. Smoking is allowed outdoors only. Please discard appropriately. Deposit will be forfeited and additional cleaning charges incurred if evidence of smoking indoors is found upon departure. THIS INCLUDES smoking by an open door or window so that smoke enters the condo. Please smoke away from these areas.
