Located in a peaceful setting under cedar trees near the Pend Oreille river, this house is the perfect spring/summer/fall base for all of your outdoor activities in Pend Oreille County.
Enjoy the rich and ever changing panoramas of North East Washington while you stay in comfort.
Within walking distance to the beautiful Pend O'Rielle River, Ione Town Park with boat ramp.downtown businesses: grocery store, liquor store, auto parts, RV Supplies, parts & Accessories, convenience store with gas station & propane.
Whether you are just passing through, here for the annual Downriver Days Festival, Affair on Main Street, Hunting, Fishing, Skiing or just sight seeing.
We have 1.4 for acres reunions and family gatherings set just above Cedar Creek. With ample parking and privacy.

Great jumping off location

We were staying in the area to hunt turkey. We were able to travel to a few different locations from this property easily. The home is cozy, has nice beds, and a fully stocked kitchen.

This was a fun house. It is like walking into your grandparent's house while they are away. Everything you could need was readily available. It was comfortable, and entertainment was available for a relaxed visit.

Very quiet farmhouse

It was very peaceful/quiet day & night, it was much better than staying in a hotel, it offered everything needed to cook which we did, the rooms were spacious, the home needs some repairs, it had a moldy mildew smell, which i didn't care for, the satellite service was sketchy, but there were tons of movies to watch, but our overall experience was a (C+).

The kitchen was well supplied, but floors, furniture, towels, chairs were worn and tired out. The refrigerator was full of half used food, shelves and cabinets cluttered with trinkets, just not up to sanitary standards. Clothes hanging in closet. Old shoes and slippers should be removed.

Ok bed but needs cleaning

This place needs a deep cleaning. The smell in there isn't very good. Ok amenities, but heated with space heaters and only one smoke detector and its not in the bedrooms.

There are wall heaters in each bedroom, with space heaters to help. There is a wall heater in the bathroom and an infrared heater.Also a wall heater in the living room/dining room, with a infrared fireplace in the living room:. In the dining room there is a also an infrared heater. There is 2 smoke detectors in the house, one on the wall near the piano behind the lightpole, near the enterance to both bedrooms and the bathroom(you can see it in the pictures) and one in the dining room near the kitchen(no picture, but it is close to the door downstairs).. Checked them both when I was there last week. This is a house that was built in the 50"s. That is over 70 years of life and experience.
