About this property

ACROSS FROM STADIUM - walk to downtown Annapolis.

Across the street from the Navy and Marine Corps Stadium and walking distance to historic downtown Annapolis - you will be in the heart of it all! Our home is a warm and welcoming space in a park-like setting with plenty of parking and gathering spaces to enjoy with family and friends. Bringing kids? They are sure to enjoy the kid space with games, toys and art. Entertaining? Use the large yard, decks, & multiple living areas. Multiple families? Enjoy two master suites and plenty of room.

The space

Our home has two master suites with king size beds as well as a large laundry room with washer, dryer, ironing board and iron. We also provide a pack n play and baby gate for the stairs.

Guest access

You will have full access to the house and shed.

Interaction with guests

We are not usually in the area, but we provide the numbers for cleaning staff and maintenance people that you can call if anything pops up. We are also available via phone and email if you need anything. Our goal is for you to enjoy your stay!

Other things to note

Kid friendly space! We have a kid area with toys, trains, art supplies as well as a baby gate for the stairs and a pack n play with sheets.

The house was great - lots of room, very clean, and close to the trail around the stadium (great for walking the dog). Neighborhood was very quiet but a short drive to anything we needed. Host was very responsive and proactive.

Ashley was a very organized and communicative host. The house was immaculate! One of the nicest plays we've stayed. Beds were so comfortable. Perfect location to Navy Stadium. We enjoyed our stay and will keep this in mind for another time.

Kitchen had everything. Coffee pot is ground not Keurig just for grocery shopping but they do have coffee in pantry. All laundry was clean fresh smelling. HUGE home. Lots of sleeping areas and plenty of bathrooms and lots of sitting spaces. I’ll rent this home again and again.

Good location. There was a stain on one of the bed sheets. Check in directions were not sent 3 days in advance. Directions said you must use key in lockbox but lockbox was close to ground and attached to a hose spicket which made it difficult to use. House is equipped with a door code so wish that had been given to use. Only provided 1 trash bag for a 3 day stay. Good value & nice location.

We were here for the Navy vs Rice Football game. No parking pass needed...just a very short walk to the entrance. Clean and comfortable home. Highly recommend anyone looking for an Annapolis stay to check this one out!

Great Location for I-Day

This property was in a quiet little neighborhood...conveniently located for I-Day activities and to the USNA Stadium. The property manager was super easy to work with and kept in good communication. I would recommend this property to anyone coming for a game or dropping their child off for the USNA!

Lovely stay

My parents, children, husband, sister and I all visited Maryland for my nieces’ graduation. There was plenty of room (and bathrooms) for all of us to have our own space and my niece was even able to stay with us too while there! Great for a large or blended family.

The home was very clean and plenty of supplies. Excellent for our family of 6 attending a family wedding. The only issue we had was figuring out how to work the main living room television. But the downstairs television worked for us to catch the exciting end game of the World Series! Highly recommend!!

This property met our expectations!! The property was clean and well cared for and nicely furnished. The only recommendations I would make is to supply a full size ironing board and give a little better explanation of where the trash should go on trash day. Annapolis Girls Week

The location of this property is excellent. Very near grocery, restaurant, downtown and historical attractions. We are 4 mature ladies who get together for a week and this property was spacious and everyone had their own space.

Thanksgiving feast

We would stay in this home again! Comfortable couches and beds, good kitchen, plenty of parking. Plenty of room to spread out. We hosted Thanksgiving dinner for a crowd and everyone had a wonderful time.

Excellent Stay in Annapolis, Maryland

Stayed for the Annapolis Boat Show the large home was very cozy with a beautiful kitchen and very well supplied. Everything a host could possibly think of was available including some toys and a play area for children. There is walking paths in the area as well.
