Safe secure Mountain Home w/pool+views

If Peace and Quite is what your looking for,this home is for you.Although the back terrace lends its self for a large gathering with the BBQ . Our mountain home has been very well maintained and has all the amenities necessary to make your stay comfortable and unforgettable. 1 hour to several beautiful beaches. 15 min. drive to town. Buses connect 300 meters from the house. Best tasting well water, 3 bedrooms,all with tvs master bathroom with jacuzzi, 2 bathrooms, pantry, big garden area, Gourmet kitchen and open living room. terrace and swimming pool. Lots of natural light and a warm feeling of home.

About us..Just a happy family raising our 2 children ages 12 and 5.We stay very busy with their activities.We are here to make your stay a great one and hope ypu will come back for a longer stay.

Why they chose this property

We bought the home for privacy and the schools in the area. My wife's business requires her to be closer to Alajuela so we bought a condo there and have spent our weekends enjoying the peace,fresh air and quite at the house. Airport shuttle available.(inc.) Maid and gardener service,24 hour security w. cameras and sensors. (inc)5min. from national park for great hiking.1 hour to many beaches,water falls, zip lines,fishing,golf,shopping.

What makes this property unique

Our love for the home came from the views but found many pleasures of just living the life in Costa Rica in this House of Peace
