Our apartment is located just a few steps (50m) from a rocky beach in Opatija (50m) and a short walk from Opatija city centre. You will love our huge and sunny terrace with a magnificent view at the sea.
Built in 1910, the house gives you a flavour of the charming Austrian-Hungarian epoch. The interior of our apartment was completely refurbished in fall 2018. It now offers a true deluxe experience with all details carefully chosen to make your stay in Opatija unforgettable.
The property provides 3 bedrooms, each equipped with a smart TV, so you have seamless access to your streaming account (e.g. Netflix). Two bathrooms with shower are at your disposal, one of which has a bath tub.
The living room (with smart TV) and the fully equipped kitchen both offer splendid views at the sea. The apartment is air-conditioned with free WiFi access. We warmly welcome business travellers, travel groups and families!

Several restaurants and cafes are located just a few steps from the apartment as well as a small supermarket, the post office and other stores. Fishing, diving and windsurfing opportunities can be found nearby. Rijeka Airport is located at a distance of 38 km from the property. Zagreb Airport can be reached in a 1.5-hour drive.

Beautiful Apartment on the water.

We were only in the apartment for one day l and would loved to have stayed longer. Everything looks as it does in the pictures. Very close walk to the beach and many restaurants. We had some confusion assessing the apartment, the directions were vague, but after a bit we figured it out (with the help of another guest staying on the property).

Kurzurlaub Opatija

Das Objekt fanden wir so wie beschrieben vor, sehr sauber und ordentlich mit Obstkorb und Getränken im Kühlschrank. Die Terrasse ist wirklich sehr schön, mit Blick auf gegenüber liegende Villen und im Hintergrund das Meer. Es gibt zwei Bäder, wovon eines im wahrsten Sinne des Wortes sehr klein ist, kräftige Personen dürften dort unter Umständen Probleme haben, auch gibt es kaum Ablageflächen. Speziell in der Dusche haben wir Ablagemöglichkeiten für Duschbad und Haarwäsche vermisst. An der Innentür gibt es zwei Haken, allerdings so hoch, dass hier kleine Personen kaum heranreichen. Das große Bad ist sehr gut ausgestattet, hier gab jedoch durch den fehlenden Syphon am Waschbecken täglich starke Geruchsbelästigungen. In den Zimmern gibt es verschieden große Schränke, im großen Zimmer einen großen und den kleinen Zimmern entsprechend kleinere Schränke, auch im großen Flur befindet sich ein Schrank. Auch in den Zimmern fehlten Ablagemöglichkeiten z.B. für Bekleidung, Laptop, Bücher, Koffer etc. Die kleinen Regale die als Nachttischchen dienen sind wirklich sehr klein und auch nicht besonders stabil, für Wecker, Handy und Uhr/Schmuck ausreichend - mehr aber auch nicht. Hier sollte definitiv nachgebessert werden. Im großen Schlafzimmer stand noch ein Stuhl und ein großer Spiegel, zusätzliche Decken und Kissen lagen im Schrank. Insgesamt machte das Mobiliar einen sehr ordentlichen Eindruck. Die Küche ist gut ausgestattet, wir haben lediglich eine Kaffeemaschine zur Zubereitung von Filterkaffee vermisst. Eine Kapselmaschine ist vorhanden, welche wir nur selten benutzt haben. Auf der großen Terasse gibt es, wie auf dem Bild zu sehen, einen großen Tisch mit Stühlen (zum längeren Sitzen empfiehlt es sich ein Kissen aus der Wohnung zu nutzen, da die Stühle zwar modern aber auf Dauer unbequem sind), zwei Liegen und eine große Sitzgruppe. Bei der Sitzgruppe fehlte ein großes Rückenpolster, für die Liegen gab es keine Auflagen (auf Nachfrage wurde dies mit der Corona - Situation begründet). Wir reisten mit zwei Auto‘s an und da es nur kostenpflichtige Parkplätze gibt, hat uns das Parken, pro Auto (!!!), für nur vier Tage noch einmal eine dreistellige Summe gekostet. Man sollte also wissen, dass bei einem längeren Aufenthalt allein die Parkgebühren einen stattlichen Betrag erreichen. Insgesamt haben wir uns an den vier Tagen wohl gefühlt, sind aber überzeugt, dass sich für gleiches Geld sicher ähnliche, auch besser ausgestattete Objekte finden.
