• Bills included - water ⁄ electricity ⁄ gas ⁄ internet
• OPTUS Cable UNLIMITED internet.
• Ducted heating
• Air conditioning in common area only
• Smoke alarms in each room including emergency lights and exit signs in shared areas
• Offstreet parking
• Appliances incl: 2 large fridges, 2 washers

Centrally located to:
• Access to Zone 1 (Huntingdale station) by few mins walk to public transport bus #900 in Monash Uni Bus Interchange. For those studying in Caulfield, we're located in Clayton but you could still take the #900 bus or the Monash shuttle bus to Caulfield campus. Zone 2 bus stop in front going to Clayton station & shops.

• Near small businesses (eg. recruitment agencies, real estate agents), big nationals (eg. Monash Medical, Bunnings Hardware, Gribbles Pathology) & multi-national companies (eg. Bosch, Engineering companies). There is IKEA & Harvey Norman complex (also has other homeware & furniture stores) on corner of Westall Rd & Princess Hwy.

Important Note : We do not provide what we consider to be personal items (eg. bed quilt/sheet, pillow, coat hangers, toilet paper, washing detergent)
