The house was wonderful. Eight of us were on a week long golf trip. The house was perfect for our group. It was roomy and comfortable. The backyard was amazing with plenty of seating. The pool and hot tub were very nice.

Well appointed home!

This was one of the cleanest and best-appointed VRBOs ever. Our group was in Surprise for a team tennis tournament. This home was just perfect for our group of 9. The outdoor space was large & private. We really enjoyed the BBQ and hot tub.

Beautiful Home

If this home were a hotel it would be 5 stars. A lovely, roomy and super clean home that was perfect for our stay. The pool was clean and inviting and the location of the house was close to shopping. This was the perfect meeting place to bring our families together for a long weekend. Thank you to the homeowners.

Tennis trip to Surprise

We were in town for a tennis tournament and 5 of us stayed at the house. It was perfect. Plenty big for a group our size or larger. The pool/spa, grill and putting green are great and we loved all the outdoor seating. I’ve also never rented a home so well stocked (paper supplies, detergent, plastic bags, foil, etc). The owners were very responsive and easy to deal with. I would absolutely rent again in the future.

We stayed here for Christmas last year and again in July. The house had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. It is immaculate, well furnished, and Mark and Stephanie are gracious hosts. This house is a gem. I wouldn’t hesitate to book it again.

Family Function in Phoenix

The property was absolutely perfect for our stay, bed setup was right, beautiful pool and hot tub, big kitchen for cooking our own meals, and enough space to spread out when needed. The pictures did not do it justice to the size of the house or the back yard. The owners were very response with anything we needed and provided great directions on opening up and closing out the house for our stay. The experience made the trip much more relaxing as traveling with extended family can sometimes become very stressful. An amazing place that we would definitly stay in again.

Great house for a family getaway

Hands-down one of the best experiences I’ve ever had. Great communication with the owners. The house was in perfect conditions. Had everything you could ever imagine that you would need for your stay. Pool and a hot tub were awesome. family had one of our best vacations.

Overall, awesome home!

Beautiful home and very comfy. The only negative I would have would be that there was no access to the garage. I was traveling with 2 kids and it would have been nice to park in the garage to avoid a hot car when going places. Since I have remote start on my Jeep, it wasn't a deal breaker. I enjoyed the home and its amenities. Mark was very responsive when I had any questions. Would definitely stay here again!
