The location is very good. There is a Circle K down the street, a cafe in the Sunset resort across the street, and a great little ice cream shop next to it. The crosswalk to get across Gulf Blvd is on the walk to the beach, a block away. The neighborhood is great for walking or biking. The home itself is small, as are many in the area. The beds are uncomfortable, and the walls a bit thin, but otherwise the house is cute and relaxing, and everything it was stated to be in the description. If the mattresses are ever replaced on the beds, I would definitely rent this again.

This little house is clean and cozy. The pictures must be old photos, as it looked like from photos that there was yard with grass, but there isn't. As we were traveling with dogs. Luckily there was an empty lot with grass near. Access to the beach was a very short walk. Mattresses on bed was pretty stiff. But we really enjoyed our stay! Thanks for having us :)

This is at such a great location. Beach just right across the street. Shopping and restaurants right over the bridge. We walked everywhere. Johns Pass is beautiful. I just suggest to add more forks.
