Happy Trails Resort Living at it’s finest! Now with WIFI

This is a great 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom home located in the heart of Happy Trails Resort, which is a premier gated 55+ community. The large resort offers golf course, tennis courts, clubs for every hobby and activity imaginable, 4 swimming pools, 7 spas, and so much more. Renters must be at least 40 years old to stay at this property and one of renters must be over age 54.
In the home, there are 2 separate bedrooms with a queen size bed in both. There are 2 bathrooms as well, one with a bathtub/shower combo and the other with a walk-in shower. All the linens and towels are provided as well as all the kitchen essentials. Not to mention the golf cart located on the property that you have access to during your stay! We recently added wireless internet in the unit as well. You will really enjoy your time spent at this resort.
Minimum stay is 30 calendar days per City of Surprise ordinance. Check-in date must be on the 1st day of the month only.

Happy at Happy Trails

We really enjoyed our stay at our rental home at Happy Trails Resort. We were very busy in Arizona and it was such a comfortable place to come back to for rest and refreshing ourselves! It was wonderfully located near the pickle ball courts, swimming pools,etc. A VERY safe and friendly place and great for getting our walking in.

Sister and I had a wonderful time here. Too bad most of the neighbors had left for the spring and summer season. Did meet Cory and Chris next door. Amazing time at the pool as the weather was great.
