A wonderfull condo!

Very convenient and well located property in Daytona Beach. The unit has everything you need while you are there.Clean, good decoration and a lot of things to do nerby.Manager will take care of you anytime you need here. Quick response and trust me: that is very important.

Great Condo

The condo is large and well equipped with all needed home furnishings. The building is great and very friendly people. Loved the concierge staff. The property manager was great. My only complaint is no heated pool. It is supposed to be heated but there is no way.

Second stay

We’ve stayed at MG before but in a different apartment. This apartment was covered in animal hair. When we arrived we had to spend the next few hours cleaning all the hair that was everywhere. We had to keep changing light bulbs because most of them weren’t working. MG is general is fantastic. Great area. Great people. Great staff. Keith our contact to the apartment was great. I would definitely stay at MG again but maybe in another apartment.

When hurricane hits, this condo is inland, damage risk is filtered by the distance and river from the sea. Close enough to enjoy the sea, far enough from the danger.
Night view is colorful, not only the black sea on the beach. That's why I chose this condo:)
