I do home renovations in New York so I design my Costa Rican house myself. When I purchase the property where the house is located I loved the fact that there is a creek running true the property so I wanted a balcony from where I can look at it. So that was the main goal of the desing.
I do love beautiful homes so I hope this is not the last home I will build.
