This condo was in the perfect location. It was very comfortable, nicely decorated although slightly worn. The view was much better than we expected. We would stay here again! Suite Paradise runs a very good property service. The condo was very clean and the employees in the office were extremely friendly and helpful.

Great location with AC

So we picked this unit because it was close to the pool and the reviews mentioned the AC. There was a portable AC unit in the master and the living room... wasn’t super cool but enough to make it comfortable to sleep! Location of the unit is great! Easy parking really close to the pool and close enough to walk to the beach (Brenekes). Only downside was it’s a 2nd floor unit - bedroomanin 2nd floor and living area in 3rd floor. Still totally fine - unless you can’t do stairs.

Great Location

The unit was immaculate and very close to pools, beach and Puka DogMy only beef is the arrangement with Poipu Athetic Club. This is the workout area and has locker rooms and a nice little restaurant around a pool. It is nice. Problem is you can’t use it on your check-in day if you arrive early and you can’t use it on your checkout day if you have a late flight without paying extra. Someone should fix that. Also, you only get one roll of paper towels and only two coffee filters for a four night stay. We asked for more and we were denied. At the price that should be included in my opinion.

Thank you for your review! Our condo's location offers easy access to the best beaches, trailheads, restaurants, and golf courses. With three pools available, the fun never ends! Regarding the Poipu Beach Athletic Club, please note that access is limited to the duration of your reservation to ensure that guests who have paid for it can enjoy their time without overcrowding. All our accommodations include a starter kit of amenities to last a couple of days. The condo is equipped with two paper towels—one on the stand and another under the sink. As mentioned in previous emails, we provide these amenities to help guests prepare for their arrival. We also offer additional supplies at our office and are happy to provide a few extras if needed unless requesting a generous amount. We hope you return to prove your feedback proves exceptional.

Really nice, comfortable, updated condo with great views. Only downside at all was the lack of kitchen items/implements. We've previously stayed at Manualoha 106, 305 & 306. They all had rice cookers, useful BBQ tongs/spatulas & some type of condiments other than salt & pepper. And the toilet paper & paper towels were extremely 1/2 ply/cheap. The living room and bedrooms were great, we would stay here again, but probably not at the same price given the amenities of the other comparable units. Thanks. Steve 562-500-7648

Great Location

Great location, lovely grounds, wonderful pool and short walk to amazing beaches. Condo is slightly dated, but totally doable. Set up with kitchen basics, beach umbrella and some flippers. Was a hot and humid week we were there and the two AC units helped a wee bit but really just in the master bedroom. The 2nd bedroom and upstairs was very warm. Just in case AC is an amenity you really care about. Would stay there again!

Family Vacation

Great location walking distance to Poipu beaches. Plenty of interior space and outdoor decks. Pool is very close. Athletic club is a short drive and has everything. Unit is air conditioned, but was not sized properly, resulting in warm afternoons in June. We would definitely stay here again.

Amazing location, great place!

This place is in the perfect location. I’d argue best beaches in Kauai are less than 2 min walk and very close to amazing restaurants. Air conditioning units upper level and master bedroom made for comfortable nights. Highly recommend.

We loved it.

We were very happy. The ocean view was magnificent. It is only a 5 minute walk to the beach. The only negative was that the roosters start crowing at 3:30 to 4:30 a,m, and don't stop. In addition, when it rains, the drain pipes and gutters amplify the sound of the rain so that it is very loud and disturbed my sleep.

Spacious with good view

Great condo with a great location. We had a few maintenance issues but all were resolved same day. We stayed in September so it was especially hot and humid but the two AC units kept the master bedroom plenty cool. Could probably use one more unit upstairs because it’s so big! My big concern would be the second bedroom being cool enough at night in the hot/humid season since there is no AC in there. It was just two of us so we didn’t use it but it did seem warm in there around bed time.

Beautiful condo with comfortable amenities with an Ocean view!

Loved all the small touches to a fully stocked kitchen, spacious to relax during the week and a perfect location for pool and ocean lovers. The Air conditioning was much appreciated and the ceiling fans helped cool at night. The space was very comfortable and great for those looking to read or cook. The condo had beach chairs, umbrellas and bogie boards too! The laundry machines were great so you can pack light.

November 2017 Stay

Had a great experience using Suite Paradise for the 1st Time. We were referred by a family member that uses your services every year. We had a great condo and everything went without a hitch. Thank you for the fresh bakery good for my daughters graduation upon arrival.. nice touch. We will definitely use Suite Paradise next year!!
