There is a window AC in the living room and a ceiling fan to keep you cool on warmer days. By the end of August this year, brand new split ACs will be installed.

There is a comfortable King size bed in the master suite and Queen size sofa bed with an 8 1/2" innerspring mattress for restful sleep in the living room. FREE secure 5G speed (400 Mbs) WiFi Internet for all your devices. There are TWO flat screen TVs both offer free cable channels and streaming. The 50" TV in the living room has a Bluray player and DVR for recording your favorite shows,with up to 300 channels. The second TV in the bedroom is 43". The owner has a large library of DVDs, books, new board games.

Other Notes:
* Non-smoking in the condo, including lanai and hallways. A $500 fine + damage costs if violated. A designated outdoor smoking area is available.
* Excessive cleaning or damage beyond normal wear, guest will incur additional charges.

Cancellation Policy:
* $200 non-refundable fee for cancellations made more than 60 days before arrival
* Within 60 days: Refunds issued only if the unit is re-rented for canceled nights (minus $200 and any rebooking costs)
* All cancellations must be submitted in writing/email.
