Relax the day away on the expansive timber deck area that flows out to a beautiful resort style swimming pool or take a short stroll of fewer than 300 meters down Northbreak Drive, over the dunes & you are on the striking Agnes Water Beach.
Perfectly located on a quiet street in the beachside North Break Estate, halfway between Agnes Water shopping area & the town of 1770, only minutes drive to each destination including the boat ramp.
Spacious fully fenced grassed area for the kids to play, surrounded by tropical landscaping with privacy.

Beach retreat!

We absolutely loved our stay at the Dolphin Cove house! It was brilliant for our family of 3 adults and 2 young kids. The house has a great layout which enabled us to move from kitchen to dining area.. have a dip in the pool then sun bathe or play soccer on the decent size grass area with the kids.

Awesome place for a much needed getaway

Stayed here for 3 nights and absolutely loved it. The property is lovely. Quiet location, just about 200 meter walk to the beach. Can here the ocean from the swimming pool. Great facilities and the beds were super comfy. The property managers were lovely and very friendly. Will certainly stay here again.

Great for a short break!

This is a great home for a family to spend a week in Agnes! A short 10 minute walk to the beach (which I would recommend over the main beach!). Shops are a short drive away and can request the courtesy bus for the Tavern. You can also spot some kangaroos in the front yard in the late afternoon. The home itself is well equipped and has some great stuff for a younger family (toys, games, cribs) as well as two fridges and a freezer! A few things to note - the twin and master bedroom could use darker blinds as the current ones do not block the light. The wood floor on the veranda can become slippery when water gets on it (getting out of the pool) and the washing machine was very loud when on the spin mode (the laundry room does not have a door to close to keep the noise in). It would also be good to have wifi but purely just a creature comfort thing. Overall, we had a lovely family Christmas and may even stay again in a few years time!
